Apartment Horta is a comfortable one bedroom flat consisting of kitchen/diner/living room, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower box. The apartment can sleep up to 4 persons (bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed in the living room) and is equipped with all comforts. Located in a typical period building in the historic center of Orta San Giulio, just a few meters from the lake along the main street that leads to Piazza Motta, it was renovated and newly furnished in 2012, enhancing its charming ancient wooden ceilings and cotto floors. In the apartment you'll find a kitchen with 4 burner hob, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, provided with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans and kitchenware. The living room is furnished with Full HD LCD TV, satellite receiver, double sofa bed, table and chairs. Bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, mirror and wardrobe with sliding doors, provided with bed linen and bedding. Bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, shower box, washer dryer and hair dryer, provided with towels. The flat is equipped with WI-FI internet connection and independent heating. You'll also find a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, detergents and cleaning products. Cot and highchair available for free on request. Our welcome guests will be granted a car place in a covered parking 200 m away (2 minute walk). Please note: since being an ancient building, there is no lift and the access can be uncomfortable for those with walking difficulties. Pets are not allowed. Our apartment is designed for non-smokers.

How do damage deposits work?

If Andrea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
