From the owner

This is a spacious and homely 3 bedroom apartment with wifi. It is is located on the first floor in a well kept complex with a large communal swimming pool and a lift in the building.

All rooms are furnished to a high standard and in a very homely way, inviting you to have a relaxing stay in this home away from home. You will find everything you need and more here to ensure your self catering holiday is a comfortable one.

All three bedrooms are light and sunny and with plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom and the second bedroom both have double beds, whereas in the third bedroom you will find two single beds.

The large family bathroom has a bath tub and there is also another bathroom which has a shower.

Large patio doors from the lounge area lead out onto the good sized balcony which overlooks the pool area, making this the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or al fresco dining.

This apartment has a designated parking space if you choose to rent a car for your holiday. The nearest supermarket and a 24/7 bakery are within a 10 minutes walk from the apartment and the nearest bus stop is only a few minutes walk away.

If you are a larger party of guests, we also have 3 other 2-3 bedroom apartments available within the same complex.

This apartment is looked after by a local management company ensuring that you are in the very best of hands. We offer services such as airport transfer for an additional fee alternatively we can recommend car hire companies or assist in booking a taxi for when you arrive. We will either meet you upon arrival or provide details of how you will obtain the keys and we are always available throughout your stay if you have any questions. We have put a lot of thought in giving you that little bit extra service. An example of this is that you will find complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar for initial welcome drink in the apartment. Should you wish us to arrange welcome packs such as breakfast for example or perhaps a bottle of champagne for an extra charge then please don't hesitate to contact us. Please note that you are also able to hire items such as travel cots, high chairs and z-beds through us.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cecilia (the owner) a message.

If Cecilia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
