We made our apartment the ideal place for your holiday with relaxed atmosphere. This is perfect for both daytime relaxation and activities, as for well relaxation in the evening. Accomodation comprises: living-area, open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, main bathroom, veranda, provision for air-conditioning units, double glazing, pressurized water system, swimming pool with waterfall, jacuzzi, children’s pool,garden and covered parking The premises are very best and bring positive mood. The main feature of the flat its beautiful views. From a veranda you can see a fabulous pool view decorated with natural stone, landscaped gardens and jacuzzi. Our apartment is ideally positioned on top of the pool with both pool and sea views and is located in one of the quitest neighbourhoods in Oroklini.

Oroklini is a charming village with welcoming locals. The area of Oroklini is very popular for living. Oroklini boasts over half a dozen authentic Greek tavernas selling delicious traditional dishes, including mezes, kleftiko, kebabs. The favourite is taverna «Voreas». Many offer live music and dancing and all have a lively, friendly atmosphere, as well as very competitive prices. The village also contains a variety of bars, two superb bakeries, three supermarkets. The apartment is just a short drive (around 10-15 minutes maximum) from the Larnaca town centre and also just around 2 km from a tourist area with its sandy beaches. About 25 minutes walk from the apartment, you will a find a beach with water sports. Relax by the sea and soak up the sun at the blue flag sand beach. Set amidst an expanse of greenery, the sands are fine grey and the clean waters are calm and shallow, making the beach popular with all, including families with small children. Facilities include toilets, showers, changing rooms, sun beds, umbrellas, a children’s playground, beach bars and water sports. There are also a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, convenience stores. Access is easy by foot, bike, bus or car, with car-parking facilities. Lifeguards with lifesaving equipment and first aid services are stationed at the beach from June – October, 10:30-18:00.

The area of apartment 96 sq. m (78 sq. m of internal areas and 18 sq. m of covered veranda). The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people with 2 double rooms and 2 double sofa bed in the living area. The master bedroom offers a large double bed, while the second bedroom offers a large 2 single bed, all bedrooms fully air-conditioned.
