This beautiful Penthouse apartment is part of a complex and situated in a quiet part of Oroklini Village. The apartment benefits from being on the top floor with wheelchair access via a lift. The apartment comes with the use of a communal pool and private parking space. Laid out as an open plan kitchen/dinner/lounge and out on to the veranda with views of the mountains and coast lines, and perfect for al fresco dining or BBQs. With two King size beds and a double sofa bed this apartment can sleep up to 6 people. Ideal for families, with plenty of places to visit or beaches to relax. Fantastic amenities just 10 mins walk away and easy access to all major towns and Larnaca airport. The apartment is fully furnished with up-to-date modern appliances and air-conditioning and finished to a high standard. This Penthouse apartment has the bonus of a large veranda where there is plenty of space to sunbathe and dine outside. A short walk will find you in the heart of the village with both traditional and modern bars, restaurants and tavernas.

“Perfection!!”

What a super holiday we’ve had, this penthouse apartment lives up to every expectation. It is fully equipped, super comfy and the terrace/patio/bbq is absolutely incredible! We booked this apartment last year and unfortunately booked our flights with Monarch! After they went bust we struggled to get some flights on the same date. The owners were very understanding and helped all they could, absolutely brilliant communication and very very helpful. We would recommend anyone to stay in this apartment and we will definitely be returning. Oroklini is a good base for Larnaca, Limassol etc, you do need a car if you want to visit these places, but car hire is very affordable and cheaper than taxis in the long run. Once again Thankyou so much we had the best time.

“A penthouse retreat perfect for a self catering getaway”

My partner and I were looking for a self-catering getaway that allowed us the freedom to explore Cyprus and a comfortable accommodation to return to. I was amazed at how private the apartment was, not having to share the top floor and with an elevator and private entrance. The communal pool was a welcome break after all the exploring and local restaurants/amenities were only a 15 minute walk away. We liked the way the penthouse was decorated and all the furniture was in good condition. The owners were very helpful in recommending cheap car hire, which allowed us to take in all the sights and beaches that Cyprus has to offer. They also recommended some great restaurants that offered exquisite food at a reasonable price. There was nothing better than unwinding on the large veranda at the end of a days exploring, enjoying the evening sun with a barbecue and a pint of the local Keo. We would look to go back in the future and have recommended the place to friends and family.

Myself and my partner stayed here for a week in July. Great location, waking distance to restaurants and bars. Balcony huge and the apartment is furnished to a high standard. Would definitely recommend :-)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Shane/Mario (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
