From the owner

Situated just 300 metres from the beach, Aynine is a 2 Bedroom villa with lawned garden in a quiet location on the edge of the village of Oroklini. Situated between Larnaca and Dekhelia. Ideal for a relaxing holiday in the sun or for travelling to other parts of Cyprus by car or using the local bus service. The convenient location and ease of access to other areas has made the house popular with visitors who are considering buying a property in Eastern Cyprus.

It's proximity to the Oroklini Lake and wetlands (10 minutes walk) makes it ideal for birders - over 150 different species have been identified.

Aynine is in a small complex of houses on the outskirts of the village of Oroklini (Voroklin) within easy level walking distance of shops, several bars, restaurants and tavernas.

Dehkelia Road itself is dotted with shops, tavernas, bars, restaurants and other tourist amenities, making it an ideal base from which to explore the local area.

The house which is fully air conditioned can sleep up to 6 people - there is 1 double bed, 3 singles and a folding bed. Accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower over, lounge/diner and kitchen with downstairs toilet/washroom. Bedroom windows are fitted with fly screens. For those cooler days in spring and winter all rooms are provided with heaters.

The garden is laid mainly to grass, with shrubs. The garden is fully enclosed making it suitable for children and has a shaded patio which overlooks the garden. We provide patio furniture and sun loungers.

Equipped with washing machine, full size cooker and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, DVD player, barbeque, the house is suitable for those who wish to cater for themselves. Of course if you wish to eat out there are many restaurants, bars and tavernas within easy reach of the house.

All bed linen and towels are supplied. We also supply an electric iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

For all you holiday readers there is a good selection of reading material which you are welcome to swap books in. If you exhaust our collection there are several second hand or charity shops offering books for sale or swap.

The house is just 3 minutes walk from the safe, sandy beach where sun beds and umbrellas can be hired for a modest sum. Buses to and from Larnaca/Ayia Napa pass nearby about every half hour during the day.

Dhekelia Road itself is dotted with shops, tavernas, bars, restaurants and other tourist amenities, making it an ideal base from which to explore the local area. Banks and ATM's are also within easy walking distance.

There is now wi fi available at an additional charge of £10.

The rates published here are for 2 person occupancy, we do however need to charge an additional 20% for more than 2 persons. This covers additional cleaning, laundry, water and electricity costs.

Our rates are fully inclusive, there are no fees that are not included in this descriotion.

How do damage deposits work?
