Amenities are within walking distance, including supermarkets, an excellent bakery, tavernas, pubs, takeaways, bicycle hire, pharmacy and medical centre.

Local blue flag sandy beaches are safe for children; the nearest public beach is approx 10 minutes walking distance and has a restaurant as well as sun loungers and parasols.

Further afield, Larnaca is a 10 minute drive away, with a wide range of shops, restaurants, marina and leisure activities. Ayia Napa is approximately 25 minutes and the capital Nicosia is 40 mins. There are a number of blue flag beaches within 10 minutes walking distance or a few minutes' drive.

Im very disappointed to hear that you feel this way about the apartment and very shocked as I have returning customers year on year so i cannot understand a lot of the comments made. I will speak to property management regarding the pool and the lifts and corridors. The air con has just been replaced and my cleaner has assured me it is in working order so it must just have been a misunderstanding on your part. As for the ants issue if you invest in an ants spary this would prevented the issue arrising as you will find ants in most places in Cyprus especially in the summer months, especiialy if you leave food out. I cannot comment on the coacroach issue as this is the first time I have heard of it. As for the linen I havnt had any negative comments up until now so I will ensure to purchase replacements, thank you for pointing out. Its important to mention I am one of the chaepest rentals on the market at £150 a week. Although I will take your comments on board and make improvements. Again I am very sorry you didnt have an enjoyable stay although if you had contacted my cleaner im sure he would have helped rectify the situation. All the best.

Why can't I call Sherry (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sherry (the owner) a message.

If Sherry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
