“Nasty/bed bug”

Upon checking in the home was clean but the dishes was dirty my wife got bitten by a bed bug and I had to carry her to the clinic I asked for housekeeping they said it would be $75 dollars extra worst… More

Owner's reply: Sir- thank you but there are no bed begs - we have had it checked many times. It may have been anything outside. you wanted extra cleaning services- for which I quoted you. You wanted other things too but obviously this is not a hotel where the cleaning service and supplies are provided every day. At the beginning you were expecting bigger rooms almost like a house.
