Stayed here for 2 weeks when we did the Orlando vacation. The house was a great base for Disney and the other parks. Nicely furnished with everything you could want. Really a home from home. Spotlessly clean with all modern conveniences and really comfy beds. Great aircon for hot Florida summers. Lovely secluded pool with bug net for those days you just want to play at home. Nice safe neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our 15 night stay in this very clean and welcoming home. As former villa owners we planned to spend a lot of time at the villa, so were particular in our choice and wanted somewhere with good outside space, South facing and privacy. This villa did not disappoint having fabulous private outside space and large South-West facing pool. The villa is well equipped and in a great location with only minutes to I4. We recommended the villa to our son who is staying there in 2015 with his young family and we are planning our return

We had a wonderful holiday in Florida and the villa was a perfect place to stay. It is about 45 minutes by car from Orlando airport - not too far to drive with the kid after a long flight. It was easy to find and close to a super market as well as being about 20 minutes from Disney. The instructions to get there were v good as well and we found it v easily. The villa was v comfortable, luxiorious and spotlessly clean. Well maintained with lots of space (a whole room we never managed to use!). It was great to have a proper kitchen and laundry - one of my kids is v fussy so I end up cooking on holiday and it nice to have proper facilities. Off road parking was v convenient as well. The BEST thing of all was having our own pool right outside the back door! It had a big covered structure made of mosquito net over it so we could swim and sit outside without being bitten by bugs. I have recommended this villa to lots of friends and am planning a return trip for my own family. I would recommend it 100% without hesitation!

Great location for our theme park visit to Orlando, our family thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this lovely villa. Just a short drive to Disney (12 mins), Celebration and Boardwalk(15mins) and convenient for the airport (30mins) and yet situated on a quiet residential estate. The property is extremely well equipped with a beautiful interior, vaulted ceilings, tiled floorings and quality furnishings including artwork clearly highlighting the owners high standard tastes. Outside, on the glorious spacious terrace which is great for entertaining and also offering a South West facing pool (easily much larger than the customary Orlando pools). The pool is extremely private with tropical vegetation offering a pleasant backdrop. We are planning another visit with our extended family shortly.

We stayed at the Villa for 6 days in early April... the location was perfect for us... Disney, Universal etc were about 15 minutes away, even in rush hour... A very nice golf course was 4 minutes away... Publix groceries, pizza, gas stations all about 3 - 4 minutes away... One of the main strips for restaurants was about 10 minutes away. The pool was great with lots of covered shade area while the pool was in the sun from about 10:00 am. Most amenities were there so that we really felt like we were at home... but in Florida. I would definitely recommend that you put this place on your short list if you are headed to the Orlando area.
