The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 26" flat screen TV and shares a bath with the third bedroom. There are 2 double beds in the third bedroom, also with a 26" flat screen TV. .

KITCHEN Feel at home in a Fully Equipped Kitchen with brand new modern stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is open to the Living and Dining areas so no matter where you are in this Condo you can be part of the action.

First of all I would like to tell you that my family and I had such a wonderful time on vacation and at the condo in the Vista Cay Resort on 4126 Breakview in Orlando! The condo was incredibly clean and had all the comforts of home! Because of this condo I feel that our vacation went from great to awesome! We would love to come back here again and will be looking you up for any future vacation rentals we need. Marijana

It is a clean and large penthouse. The location is great, near Universal Parks. The kitchen was complete. I'd really recomend this property to my friends. Julian

My family recently stayed in this unit and we were very happy. The condo was clean and quiet and our entire family was very comfortable. We were a family of 5 but the large back bedroom with two double beds could easily accommodate more people. We had a car but did not mind the 15-20 minute walk to the convention center. The apartment was perfect for my conference. Everything was clean and well kept. Publix is close by for supplies Kevin

The unit and entire property were clean and the location was great. 15-20 minutes from airport. 10-15 minutes from Universal Studios. Our family of five was not cramped and enjoyed our stay immensely. Two minute walk to grocery store. Pool was great and clubhouse had on-site sundries store and game room. This was our first experience renting a condo for vacation and will do so again. Highly recommend. Natalie

We stayed at this apartment from 20th to 30th April. Easy to get to ad near to the supermarket on the resort but a good walk away from the main clubhouse and pool. there was a smaller pool near by, ideal for children, but we were so busy we used it only once. I have to say it was a lovely sized apartment. I would use this company/book an apartment at this resort again as they made it very easy to rent and use the apartment, we were kept fully informed about our booking and received all of the information we needed to access it etc without any problem at all. How do damage deposits work?
