The cottage is located in Cantabrian village Oreña. Orena is a coastal village located 2 km from Santillana del Mar (place of high tourist interest), has 4 km of coast composed entirely by impressive cliffs. It is a quiet, slightly urbanized with beautiful green landscapes characteristic of the Cantabrian, recommended for long and beautiful walks.
The rural house is completely equiped, it has a large and beautiful garden with garden in which there garden furniture and barbecue.
Moreover, it has a parking next to the house.
The house have two bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds; it has a full-equipped bathroom; a fully equipped kitchen; living room with traditional firewood chimney; and a terrace.
In addition it has a travel cradle and WIFI. The firewood is free,
On the rental price are being included the towels,kitchen equipment and the bed clothes.
It is only allowed one small pet. No allowed large dogs.

The cottage consists of:
-Two cozy rooms:
One bedroom has a double bed, a built in wardrobe, two bedside tables, a little wrought bench, a coat rack, some pictures, a mirror, and a small balcon overlooking the garden.
Another bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a chair, a wrought iron mirror, some pictures, and a window with beautiful views.
-A fully equipped bathroom which has a washbasin with a built in wardrobe, which on the top has a mirror, two light fixtures on each side, a shelf on the right, a hairdryer(like there is in the hotels) on the left, a toilet, a laundry basket, two towels rails,and a bin.
-Fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table with a nice wooden bench and some chairs.
The kitchen has wooden built in cupboards, extractor fan, gas cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, toaster, a beater, squeezer, coffee maker, some tupperwares, dishes and glasses, a cutting board,wringer, cutlery, pots & pans, tea set, iron and ironing board. it also has kitchenware (apron, tablecloths and napkins).
--A living room with traditional fireplace with firewood (free firewood), extensible double sofa bed, two comfortable sofas, coffee table, small closet to store kitchen utensils and plasma TV with remote.
The living room have some pictures, vases of flowers, others decoration items an traditional objects.

On the outside the house has a terrace with pots of flowers, and two chairs, overlooking the garden, making it a very quiet place.

Gastronomy of Cantabria.

Cualventi Cave: Located in the district of Perelada, was discovered in the nineteenth century and was published in 1877 under the name of Cueva de Oreña or Royales by Augusto González Linares and J. In this and subsequent campaigns have discovered archaeological remains ranging from prehistory (concheros evidence of bronze and pottery remains) to the Middle Ages. Among the most striking findings is counted a baton decorated with the profile of a deer and various testimonies of Paleolithic art. In 1985 he was declared a Cultural.
