Holiday Home Floreat is a quiet oasis, a combination of different interiors and facilities offering you a sense of familiarity in the climatic multiplicities where you can feel as if you are staying in your own home. If the whole planet is our abode, then you will be able to find several different crevices in the Holiday Home Floreat to remind you of that wonderful feeling of belonging.

Holiday Home Floreat is a combination of the finest aromas of the modern as well as the antique, with a dash of artistic charm to let yourself go and allow time to slip from your senses. Holiday Home Floreat can be your home, a home with no clocks to remind you of the transience of time.

In surrendering to pleasures you will have at your disposal a sauna and pool, three bedrooms with three bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, and a large courtyard for you to enjoy your peace and privacy far from sight.

Since the house is located at the crossroads of two streets, the entrance is enabled on two sides: from the parking lot to the pool and on the terrace of the house or through the front door. By entering the house on the right, there are two bedrooms, and on the left side of the door are the living room and the dining room. These two rooms are open-type, looking at each other and leaving the kitchen on a small summer terrace - a winter garden from which we enter the sauna. From the sauna we come to the third room which also leads to the pool. These two entrances are a very interesting concept of this house and ruin the invisible border of exterior and interior.

Holiday Home Floreat is completely air-conditioned. It is equipped with satellite LDC TV, DVD, internet access, professional and fully equipped kitchen with; stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, outdoor sitting garnitures, deck chairs, outdoor grill. Baby cots and feeders available upon request, as well as iron and ironing board. Villa also has the private parking place for guests.

Why can't I call Tino (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tino (the owner) a message.

If Tino (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
