From January 2 to March 31 we have a discounted rate of only $175/night (up to 6 nights) for a booking of 2 people, plus a discounted cleaning fee of only $149. Note that at this rate access to the 2nd bedroom and bath is not permitted. Just ask for the couple's rate when inquiring about booking. **

Our rental home, named Cascade Trails for its proximity to Cascade Lake and its trails, is an elegant dual master home with a gourmet kitchen, beautiful dining table and seating for 5 at the bar. A covered outdoor deck has newer furniture and a propane BBQ. Watch a large-screen TV with satellite and DVD player in the great room with a wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy dual vanities in both masters, along with a jetted soaking tub in the main. Miles of Cascade Lake trails are practically on your doorstep, and Cascade Lake is a short easy walk.

Cascade Trails is a completely stocked and elegant private house that is beautifully designed and built, yet just steps from the trails of Moran State Park and Cascade Lake. If water sports are your thing, you can even carry your own canoe, kayak or paddle board directly down to the lagoon or lake for launching. The house itself is a unique dual-master with two suites on either side of the large and airy great room, with a king size bed in one suite and 2 full beds in the other. Both en-suite bathrooms have walk-in showers, and a jetted tub is available in the main master. There are also two extra-long window seats with cushions to accommodate additional sleepers (up to a maximum of 6 for the house), plus a powder room. The large dining table can easily seat your entire party, and there is informal seating for 5 with stools at the bar top. The kitchen is fully-stocked with pots, pans, utensils and appliances large and small, as well as more than enough dishware and silverware. A large Subzero refrigerator and freezer is also in the kitchen area, and an adjacent pantry and laundry room complete the space. For your less active hours, we have a big-screen TV with satellite, a Blu-Ray DVD player and a stereo system with CD changer and external inputs. The outdoor living area has a large propane BBQ along with 4 patio chairs and two tables (additional folding chairs are also available).

Although we are a new listing on Flipkey, we have rented the house for over 3 years on other sites through an agency as well as our own management with more than 10 4-5 star reviews during our ownership. Contact the owner directly if you would like to see them.

There is a 24-hour local contact for emergencies and urgent issues, but please contact us directly for anything non-urgent. We have an electronic door lock that will be programmed with your own code which you will receive by email before arrival. Please feel free to contact us for suggestions on activities, restaurants or anything about life on the island before or during your trip.

- Use of the master spa tub is at guests' own risk. Instructions for its use (included in the house folder) must be followed.

How do damage deposits work?
