Seaside Beach & Racquet Club Unit #1310 located at 24522 Perdido Beach Blvd Orange Beach Alabama, on the beach between Gulf Shores Alabama and Perdido Bay, Florida.Time to Sit back, Relax and Enjoy a 'Home Away From Home Vacation' in Orange Beach. This Beautifully decorated Ocean View 2 bed / 2 bath condo (sleeps 6) has it all. It is a third floor unit with easy elevator access. Both Bedroom's feature comfortable King Size Beds...sure to give you a good night's rest. Condo amenities include 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, exercise room, 2 saunas, outdoor BBQ's, shuffleboard and four tennis courts. The Kitchen is updated and fully equipped for all of your needs. Everything you will need for your stay is available. FREE Wireless Internet. Looking for fun for the kids? We offer a Wii console with several games, there are many board games and numerous books. Adults will find our unit a great place to relax and have fun!The large patio (with adjoining doors from the living room and bedroom has a beautiful gulf view with new patio furniture (Seats 6, comfortably). There are TV's and DVD's in each bedroom as well as the living room. The lights are on dimmers which makes your movie watching even better, and the 5.1 surround system provides great audio. The TV has over 100 channels for your viewing pleasure. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa and two recliners and mosaic tables. It is decorated with paintings and sculpture from local artists. The large dining room table seats six people with plenty of room. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for your comfort. There is also a computer desk/chair in Bedroom #1. The bathrooms are equipped with 'hotel amenities' for your convenience. The Condo Property: The location is wonderful, close to grocery stores (Publix, Bruno's Walmart), drugstores, and restaurants (numerous) as well as many amusements and family activites. There is 24 hour security patrol. The complex is very well maintained. The hallways & breeze ways are well spaced & easy to maneuver and the complimentary carts for your luggage or groceries are stored under the stairs near the elevator.There are two outdoor pools & one indoor pool and there are plenty of lounge chairs & tables with a wonderful view of the Gulf. Two wooden bridge walkways take you to the large white sand beach onto the beaches and the Gulf. The walkways also have a sitting area and an outdoor shower. The complex has some colorful Adirondack chairs set up in the grass right behind the sand dunes it's a wonderful place to sit in the evenings & watch the ocean, sunsets and view stars; it's also great for photos. The large porch has a great ocean view and is situated next to a State Park which provides privacy. Minimum age is 21 with proof of ID.

About 3 days prior to your stay, we will send you a message on Trip Advisor/Flipkey, explaining how to enter the complex, how to access the key and where to get your parking pass. We make it very easy for you as you can proceed directly to the unit and everything is waiting. We are residents of Baldwin County and only live one hour away from the condo. We are available 24/7 to handle any problems that may occur and to answer your questions. The welcome message that we send has our direct phone number for you to reach us. We will also ask for your cell phone number while travelling so that we can inform you if the unit is ready prior to our designated check in time, which is 3 pm. For your information, our check out time is 10 am.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rob (the owner) a message.

If Rob (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
