INTERIOR:

3-room apartment 90m2, on the top floor, occupies the entire floor, south facing position, nice and modern furnishings: living/dining room 50 m2 with 1 sofa, 1 chair-bed, satellite-TV and air-conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Two bedrooms: first bedroom with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), second bedroom with two twin beds (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (2 hotplates, oven, steamer, grill, microwave, dishwasher, freezer). Breakfast bar. Dining room table for 6. Shower over bath/bidet/WC. Second WC on the ground floor. Terrace 12 m2, partially covered. Terrace furniture. View of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WI-FI/LAN), Washer/Dryer, Reserved parking by the house. BBQ, Garden.

Historic Villa built in late 19th century renovated. Very quiet family house with only one apartment for rent. In the centre, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 50 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: back garden (fenced) with 40 palms, plants and flowers. Garden furniture, barbeque. Parking by the house in the grounds. Shop, restaurant, café 50 m, beach, public bathing area 50.

How do damage deposits work?

If Elena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
