Providing premium accommodation with stunning sea views from every room, this designer "bach" (that's kiwi slang for holiday home) is located in Oneroa, Waiheke Island in a 'tucked away but central' location.

The Point on Burrell was built in 2006 on an enviably elevated spot, and provides quality furnishings throughout. Set on 3 levels: the entry level is the foyer and bathroom, then walk down a short flight of stairs to the living, dining and kitchen. Up one level from the entry is the very spacious bedroom, where you can lie in bed whilst gazing out at the magnificent sea views.

Why consider an apartment, studio or hotel room when you can have the privacy of The Point on Burrell all to yourself during your stay on beautiful and unique Waiheke Island...

INSIDE LIVING:

Bedroom - King bed with luxury linen provided, bedside tables with lighting, fan, wardrobe. There is also a relaxing leather reading chair for enjoying the view.

Bathroom - Walk-in shower, vanity, toilet, heated towel rail. Magnificent views from the toilet and shower! :)

Living/Dining/Kitchen - open plan living, dining and kitchen which opens via wall length bi-fold doors onto a large deck. From coffee plungers to candles, the house is fully furnished for your every need (see Detailed Facilities below).

OUTDOOR LIVING

A huge southwest facing deck provides stunning ocean views and sunsets, incl Gas BBQ, sun loungers, quality aluminium/glass outdoor furniture. The section is flat with easy access for cars and also provides private, off street parking.

NEARBY:

Beaches - Surfdale (just a few min walk down a bush track directly off property). Blackpool and Little Oneroa (10-15 min walks). Oneroa (20 min walk or 2 min drive).

Shops, Cafes, Bars & Restaurants: Oneroa Village (3 min drive). Surfdale village (a few min walk). Countdown Supermarket just a 7 min drive. Beautiful Cable Bay and Mudbrick vineyards are approx 5 min drives.

Passenger/Car Ferries (Matiatia Wharf/Kennedy Point) just approx 6 min drive away. Bus stop 10 min walk.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dan & Liz (the owner) a message.

If Dan & Liz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
