Spacious and sunny apartment in a historic building near the sea. Beautiful view of the Zadar waterfront, canal and islands. The apartment has two bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet. All rooms are connected by a spacious hall. Although the apartment is located in a historic building whose construction began at the end of the 19th century apartment was recently completely renovated and has everything a modern person living in the 21 century may want (such as broadband internet).

Guests during their stay in the apartment "Bristol" can expect a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Sounds of the sea, waves, sea gulls and sea organ. Pleasant dreams with the fresh sea air. Relaxing view of the waterfront, sea and islands. Guests during their stay in the apartment "Bristol" can expect a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Sounds of the sea, waves, sea gulls and sea organ. Pleasant dreams with the fresh sea air. Relaxing view of the waterfront, sea and islands. For relaxing moments is enough to lean on the window and watch the numerous events that take place in the visual field, such as for example seagulls who fly for fishing boats, small fishermen casting nets or put out of their little boat (Kaji?), waves, people who walk or swim and sunbathe on the waterfront or pier. (see photos). "This must be the most beautiful sunsets in the world!" said the film director Alfred Hitchcock sipping the Zadar Maraschino on waterfront, and is even said to be the best sleep in Zadar (source of city lights, Hitchcock during his visit to Zadar stayed in this same building which houses the apartment).

The neighborhood of this apartment is unique. Apartmen is located in the historic town center, seafront and orientation of windows allow him peace and a memorable sight as they leave the building there is anything that a tourist center of town with a rich history has to offer. Numerous monuments, churches, historical buildings, restaurants, cafes, shops ... Since we emphasize the famous church of St. Donatus and the episcopal residence of the Roman Forum (1 minute walk), sea organ and monument to the sun (you can see and hear from a window, a five minute walk). Nearby are excellent restaurants, clubs, cafes, pastry shops, night clubs and discos.

Excellent public transport. Taxy station next to the building. Bus stations and ports for a few minutes walk away. Nearby are landing ships that go on daily excursions to the National Park "Kornati" (www.kornati.hr) and Park of Nature Telascica (www.telascica.hr). Excellent connections to the islands in the archipelago (example ferry to the island Ugljan runs every half hour). The ability to transport guests from the airport to the apartment.

This apartment makes a unique view from his window (the most beautiful sunsets in the world, archipelago, sea organ). The apartment is very spacious (deluxe Austro-Hungarian construction, ceiling height 3.2 meters), the apartment is sunny and airy. Its airy and luxurious building with thick stone walls (60 - 80 cm) make it an enjoyable stay for both summer and winter. Practically there is no need to turn the air conditioner - refreshing breeze and thick stone walls very well cools the apartment for in the summer sun. The basic building blocks of historic building are autochthonous and environmental materials such as stone and wood. Alfonso Borelli was completed back in 1901. its double palace. In the first part of the building 22.03.1902. opened in the historic Hotel Bristol (now the Hotel Zagreb), and the second part is intended for luxury flats. This building is one of the few buildings in the city of Zadar, which has survived three wars (the First and Second World War and the Croatian Homeland War).

Apartmant includes a computer that you can freely use. There is a wired (LAN), and wireless (WLAN) internet available. Internet connection is cable - fastest internet connection available. It supports video conference calls
