This recently built detached villa in Ovacik is one of eleven villas nestled in a quiet area in the foothills of the impressive Babadag Mountains whilst to the front of the property you can glimpse the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. It's located around a large communal pool with an additional pool for children. The villa is located over three floors. Entrance is via a few steps into the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Outside is an 'al-fresco' dining area surrounded by maintained gardens. Two bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor (1 double, 1 twin) whilst three further bedrooms are located on the first floor (2 doubles, 1 twin), making it ideal for one family or two sharing. All bedrooms have the advantage of being en-suite. Additionally, one double and twin bedroom has access to a large balcony with seating overlooking the mountains and pool.Within a short 10 minute stroll you will find the local shops, bars & restaurants whilst a little further is the bustling town of Hisonaru where there is an array of shops, restaurants and night life. Local buses run a regular service to town & beaches with taxis regularly available should you prefer. For 2014 we have introduced free unlimited wifi to the property for our guests. Also, most bars and restaurants offer this free of charge.
Please note that whilst we wish to guests to enjoy themselves, as the villa is close to other villas in a tranquil area, regrettably we cannot take reservations for large group parties solely under the age of 25 or Hen/Stag celebrations.

The Turkish Aegean Coast region
The region is known as the Turquoise coast owing to its clear sparkling ocean. It's also known for having it's own nature reserve - The Blue Lagoon where turtles and rich marine life can be found. The Babadag Mountains are recognised for being one of the highest range of mountains to paraglide from whilst giving spectacular views of the Oludeniz Bay.
Eating out is much cheaper than in Europe and the food is freshly prepared. If you prefer to fully cater for yourselves, supermarkets are open long hours and have a wide range of food.
Clothing shops & markets offer a good selection of Turkish made goods and it's fun to try out your bartering. Leave some space in your suitcase for your return flight!
Ovacik is the ideal location to base your holiday. The villa is peaceful & relaxing whilst being very close to amenities to suit most tastes.
The months of May, June, September & October are perfect for those looking for sun but without very high temperatures. Whilst July and August are for the sun-worshipers among you. The villa is equipped with air-conditioning or can be altered to blow warm air for those cooler evenings.
Our children have enjoyed parascending, go-karting, trips to the Aquapark and boat trips whilst we have enjoyed taking in the culture at Tlos, Saklient Gorge, Fethiye & Kava-Kovu (Ghost Town). The beaches are clean and the water inviting. The locals are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. There are a variety of restaurants in the local area and cards for these are left in our villa. A must is the fish market at Fethiye, where you select you fish from the central fish market and take one of the nearby outdoor restaurants to have it cooked. Do not worry if there is someone within your group that doesn't like seafood - the restaurants offer other options!
Our visits have given us the opportunity to get to know a very reliable English speaking taxi driver (taxi for 7 people), who is willing to take and act as a guide. We are happy to pass on his number at time of booking.
