Apartamento dúplex junto al mar, con vistas al mar y piscina, a tan solo 25 metros de una de las mejores playas de la comunidad Valenciana. Se trata de una playa de arena fina y aguas poco profundas, de baja densidad, con ambiente familiar e ideal para el descanso, disfrutar de la playa y el mar, y para la práctica de deportes náuticos, (Kitesurf, Windsurf, Padelsurf, Kayak, pesca deportiva, natación. vela. etc...).

La playa de Oliva tiene una longitud superior a 10km y conserva, en gran parte de la misma, un complejo dunar, de alto valor ecológico.

El puerto deportivo y la escuela de vela están a 1,5km, el campo de golf de Oliva Nova a 3km, estación del tren a 10km y el aeropuerto de Valencia a 90km.

Los restaurantes de Oliva ofrecen una gastronomía típicamente mediterránea, pero muy variada, con arroces, mariscos, y productos autóctonos. La riqueza gastronómica de la Comunidad Valenciana es una de las razones para elegir a Oliva como destino vacacional.

From October 1 to May 31, electric power consumption is not included. Muy buena equipación y espacioso. Desde la terraza se ve el mar. Si vas con niños echas de menos la piscina. Perfecto si buscas tranquilidad.

Why can't I call Rosa (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Rosa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
