The entrance hall leads to a large, modern and fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen leads around to the dining area with seating for 6. There is a shower room and wc on this floor

From the entrance hall you can take the stairs down to the large sun-lit atrium which is ideal for quiet reading or listening to music or ,or parties and entertaining, dependant on your mood. A beautiful mosaic water feature dominates this room. There are 2 bedrooms leading off the atrium, both with fitted wardrobes.

Oliva is located at the the top end of the Costa Blanca and is surrounded by orange groves, mountains leading down to the Mediterranean. Oliva truly is the Jewel in the Crown, come and see for yourself

Within 2 minutes walk from the house you will find a lovely Spanish bar, a bakery and a well stocked supermarket, Approximately 10 minutes walk will take to you the Paseo where you will find banks, shops, supermarkets and the local indoor market. every Friday morning the large paseo transforms into the outdoor market. Traders from near and far offer a fabulous selection of fruit & veg, local delicacies, kitchenware, clothes, shoes, artisan goods and much more.
