Ideally located on the neat and prestigious 5 Star Oliva Nova Golf and Beach Resort with superb facilities on the doorstep. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the beautiful, long sandy beach backed by sand dunes and known locally as the best beach in the area. The 4* hotel on the complex offers a superb range of spa facilities and treatments.

The 18 hole golf course designed by Sevriano Ballesteros is just 300m from the apartment. Here you will also find a lovely par 3 course, driving range, tennis courts both full and paddle and children's play area. There is a restaurant in the hotel, as well as a snack bar and restaurant in the magnificent club house with a sunny balcony overlooking the golf course and lakes. There is a small commercial area in the resort with supermarket and several bars/cafes. The equestrian centre is 5 minute walk from the apartment. The centre plays host to the European MET tour every year.

For a more complete experience for the serious shoppers, there is the fabulous 'Las Marinas' shopping Mall where they have a large supermarket (Euroski's) along with upmarket shops, bars and restaurants.

In the immediate surroundings to the Golf Resort are the protected marsh lands of Pego/Oliva; home to many birds and wildlife as well as rice fields used for the local paella. There are many walks around the wetlands and there is a popular swimming spot fed by warm underwater springs called Font Salada.

The local town of Oliva has all amenities and is a 10 minute drive. The more attractive resort town of Denia is a 15 minute drive with its Old Port and brand new Marina a must for upmarket restaurants and bars.

Accommodation:

This bright and sunny first floor apartment has direct access to the security conscious and private grass gardens and wonderful swimming pool and children's pool. The balcony has a large palm tree that shades it although the sunny aspect makes it ideal for summer and winter lets. This is a corner apartment and is very light inside with excellent around views looking onto the garden and enjoys an unrestricted view across the twelfth green on the Golf Course.

The living space is air-conditioned and open plan with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator. The two bedrooms are on either side of the apartment offering maximum privacy to couples. The master has twin beds and an en suite fully equipped bathroom with shower and the second bedroom is a twin and uses the family bathroom with shower.

There is a double sofa bed in the living room so the apartment can sleep up to 6 people. 32inch Flat screen TV with DVD player is provided and offers channels in most European languages: Spanish, German, French and English

These picturesque residential units, consisting of two-storey, traditional-style apartment buildings, have parking facilities as well as a large security conscious garden and a swimming pool.

The apartment features all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible: parking space, hot and cold air conditioning, television, bed linen and towels, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, etc.

The Valencia region features several natural attractions including the Vergel animal park, and the areas of Vall de Laguard, Benidoleig, Montgó and Cabo de San Antonio. Explore any of these natural delights by bicycle or on horseback.

Monuments in the surrounding area that are worth visiting include Denia Castle, the Dukes of Borjas Palace and a variety of museums.

Oliva Nova Golf Beach & Golf resort is a 18-hole Severiano Ballesteros designed course, located on the beach between the towns of Oliva and Denia on the Costa Blanca coastline. It also has tennis courts and professional football pitches.
