Description

A fabulous, luxury, 2nd floor, contemporary 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment (Vista Das Ondas Apartment Block) in the lovely area of Olhos D'Agua. Close to Albufeira (great nightlife/restaurants/bars) and the luxury and golfers paradise of Vilamoura (Marina and Casino).

This apartment is part of a luxury complex offering guests access to a rooftop sun terrace, tennis court and 2 pools (1 children's). The apartment is serviced by lifts and keypad entry to all areas for your safety and security. CCTV is also installed around the building.

This apartment is furnished to an immaculate and high level, all Bosch kitchen appliances and fitted with all mod cons, including Ipod docking speakers, Radio etc

Air conditioning: located in 3 locations (both bedrooms AND the lounge/kitchen area. All apartments on the block have aircon in the bedrooms but we have listened to our feedback and recently we fitted a unit in the lounge/kitchen area as during the summer months this area

PLEASE NOTE: Not all apartments have aircon in this area so if you value a comfortable stay then look no further.

There are many golf courses (around 31 at last count) locally and within a radius of 15 miles away most of which are of high or championship quality.

Aquaparks and Zoomarine are also close by for a great day out.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Additional costs consist of the following:-

The below are charged for in addition to the rental cost

• Mid-week / mid stay clean - £75 (approx 3 hours at a time convenient to the occupants). Please note this must be applied for stays of more than 7 days.

• Adult end of stay clean - £25 (this is charged per adult staying)

• Child end of stay clean - £20 (this is charged per child staying)

The below are charged under certain criteria or if you wish additional options for your stay:-

• If keys are collected from our management company office on-site between 09.30 – 18:00 hrs, there will be no charge applied. If the arrival time is before 9.30 am or after 18:00 pm, and the meet and greet is pre-booked with us then the additional cost will be £25 will be applied.

A charge of £50 call out fee when guests arrive before 9.30 am or after 18 pm weekdays or on a Sunday without pre-booked meet and greet, or an incorrect date/time has been supplied with the booking form that we provide.

We are afraid there is nothing we can do about these charges as our management company has to pay people to come out especially out of office hours.

Olhos de Agua

Olhos d’Agua is a popular fishing village located between the busier resorts of Vilamoura to the east and Albufeira to the west. It is the ideal place for you to relax and enjoy the Portuguese sun yet its central location also makes it a perfect base from which to explore the rest of the Algarve.

The main street in Olhos d’Agua winds downhill, with bars and restaurants along the way, and leads to the popular sandy beach at the bottom. We have walked to the beach, pushing a buggy, and the walk takes approximately 5-10 minutes. The beach follows round the coast in both directions, and the rocky red cliffs and pine trees make for an impressive backdrop. Just a 2 minute drive in the direction of Albufeira takes you to the beach of Santa Eulalia - another beautiful sandy beach with two lovely beach restaurants serving a variety of dishes from snacks and sandwiches to fresh seafood and traditional Portuguese dishes.

Olhos d’Agua has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun. By day, there are plenty of beaches to explore, and by night there is a variety of local restaurants to enjoy. For those wishing to venture further afield, there are a number of theme parks and zoos to be enjoyed by all the family, not to mention the array of world class golf courses within easy driving distance, so you can make your holiday as active or peaceful as you like.

“Excellent accommodation in a great location”

lovely clean apartment with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Pool area very clean and during our stay not at all busy. 10 minute walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. We had a car so very easy to get about. Problem with entry system whilst there but site team sorted straight away. Would definantely recommend staying in this apartment as I am sure we will again
