This luxury 1 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is situated in the centre of Olhos de Agua, in a quiet area, but only 5 minutes walk to the restaurants, bars and supermarkets. You are only a 10 minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes to the taxi rank and bus stop. It has a well kept gardens, underground parking and outside parking. Private gates, door intercom and lifts. It has a pool. You are only a 10 minute drive to Albufeira and 15 minute drive to Vilamoura.

It is in an excellent location in the Algarve in a quaint fishing village with a small supermarket and a large supermarket close by. Olhos de Agua beach a 5-10 minute walk away. This beach has a promenade and is fringed with palm trees which makes a very pleasant relaxing stroll, and is situated at the bottom of the main street of Olhos d'agua with a wide selection of bars and restaurants as well as numerous shops, banks, beauty salon, pharmacist and a medical centre.

Also in close proximity is the Maria Luisa beach which is backed by cliffs and there is a restaurant on the beach and at low tide you can walk around the cliffs at its Eastern edge and head towards Olhos de Agua. Maria Louisa is a gentle beach, great for sunbathing, rambling around or taking the kids for a splash in the water and building sand castles.

Then the Falesia beach it is backed by rusty red cliffs and is a popular place for walking, sunbathing, flying kites, fishing or even hiking along the cliffs with a small restaurant open during high season. All the beaches have lifeguards, sun loungers and toilet/shower facilities.

Just a 5 minute drive away is the pretty seaside town Praia da oura with quiet bars and seafood restaurants along the Praia da oura beach is surrounded by palms cacti and flowers in the cliffs this is a beautiful location and lapped by azure waters.

You can arrange trips to markets, Zoomarine, golf, water park can be arranged with pick-up from you apartment. The taxi rank and bus stop are only about 150 metres away.
