If your idea of a perfect holiday is waking up to stunning beach views, relaxing in comfortable surrounds, and having everything conveniently at your doorstep then this luxury apartment will be just what you need for your fabulous Portugal getaway!

Located right on the beautiful beach of Olhos d'Agua, you can call this seaside haven your home and ease yourself into a stress free holiday.

Wake up in the morning to amazing views and start making your tough decisions for the day –

To leisurely eat breakfast on one of the balconies overlooking the incredible view or to meander down to one of the town's gorgeous cafes?

To lounge on the terrace by the apartment pool or to take the picturesque walk down the steps and chill out at one of the perfect beaches that Portugal is renowned for?

To catch a bus and explore a neighbouring town or do a walk along the stunning Praia da Falesia beach which stretches all the way to Vilamoura, back dropped by orange-red sandstone cliffs and uncrowded even during the peak Summer periods.

The easiest decision that you will have to make is renting this fantastic apartment and enjoying your perfect holiday in Portugal!

Bedroom 1 with twin beds, fitted wardrobe, safe.
Bedroom 2 with double bed, fitted wardrobe.
Full glass patio doors onto balcony from both bedrooms with table and chairs. Air-conditioning in both bedrooms.

Bathrooms:
En-suite bathroom comprises multi-jet shower, wash basin and wc.
Main bathroom comprises large bath/multi-jet shower, wash basin, bidet and wc.
Further toilet with wash basin.

Kitchen:
Separate fitted kitchen, fully equipped with gas hob/electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.


Living Rooms:
Large living area with 3 seater sofa (with fold out double bed), 2 soft comfortable chairs, 32" LCD TV, DVD player, satellite TV (English free view channels). Air-conditioning/heating unit. Dining table and 6 chairs.

Other:
Storage cupboard for your suitcases and all the cleaning products.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Towels and linen are included in the price. The property is cleaned before arrival and on departure. Beach towels not provided. Midweek cleaning with towel and linen change is available for an extra cost of £30.

Accessibility:
Elevators provided from car park and all floors. As the apartment is a duplex, it is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Outside:
The apartment has 4 balconies all complete with table and chairs. 3 balconies have sea views and the other has a garden view. Lift access to garage and to pool area and to village/beach. Two secure underground parking spaces available on request.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is located right on Olhos d'Agua beach. The beautiful Praia da Falesia which stretches all the way to Vilamoura marina is a 5 minute walk. This is a stunning long beach back dropped by orange-red sandstone cliffs which is uncrowded even during the peak Summer periods. Praia da Maria Luisa and Praia da Santa Eulalia are less than a 5 minute drive. All beaches have blue flag status with bars, restaurants and facilities available at all.

Golf
Two 9-hole courses are less than 5 minutes drive, at the Sheraton Pine Cliffs and Balaia Golf. Vilamoura, with its 5 golf courses, known as some of the best in Europe, is only a 10 minute drive. Numerous other championship courses are within easy reach.


How to get there
Apartment approx 25 minutes from Faro Airport along the A22 motorway. We can arrange transfers and also recommend a car rental company. Car hire is not essential as beach, shops, large selection of restaurants all within a few minutes walk.

Distances:
Located on the beachfront of Olhos d'Agua with bars, restaurants, banks, post office and shops all close by.
4km Albufeira/Oura (The Strip) - shopping, nightlife bars/clubs, Bullfighting. Cost 6€ in taxi.
8km Vilamoura - 5 golf courses, marina, restaurants.
12km Algarve Shopping- massive selection of shops, restaurants, 10 pin bowling and cinema. Courtesy buses provided.
Waterslide Parks, Zoomarine, Crazy World - all a short drive away.

“Lovely stay in a lovely apartment”

Just back from a lovely week in this apartment. The booking process was easy and Sally answered any questions we had promptly. We were met at the apartment by the rental manager who showed us around the apartment and pool area, and gave us all the codes to the entrance and lift. The apartment was clean and comfortable for the 5 of us. 2 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a further toilet upstairs. A pull out sofa bed is in the living area. There is good air conditioning, the kitchen is fully equipped, wifi, and a satellite TV. We had a couple of issues which were sorted after a phone call to the manager. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to families with young children as it is on 2 levels with marble steps to the lower floor, but would to anyone else. There are 4 balconies which are small but the views are excellent as the apartment is very close to the beach and main street. There are codes to the entrance and to the lift which took a bit of getting used to,and going through a car park to the pool area and main street is not ideal but overall this is a great apartment. The pool area was very good and clean. We had an issue with a lack of sunbeds on the first day but after that the area was very quiet and peaceful. The resort is small with a small beach but there are many good restaurants and bars all within a few minutes of the apartment, as it's location is excellent. Sally even allowed us a late departure at no extra cost which was great. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely apartment.
