Quinta Ottilie is located in the Torre de Medronheira area of Albufeira within a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, cafes with nightlife being a twenty minute walk or short taxi ride. This large villa is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a setting with excellent entertainment space.

The 14 bedroom recently built villa features stylish contemporary, kitchen, bathrooms, with attractive furniture furniture and accessories and can comfortably accommodate up to 34 guests

This is the ideal spot if you wish to relax and enjoy the sun, situated on a large plot there is plenty of room inside and outside for large groups to get the very best out of their holiday.

All bedrooms are air conditioned.

Property is in within easy reach of Albufeira town, & within a short walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. There is also a large supermarket approximately 5 minutes walk from the villa, and a beautiful beach approximately 10 minutes walk. The property is convenient for the best golf courses, & lovely restaurants. A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.

As you enter Quinta Ottilie you are met with the wow factor of the airy double height ceiling with beautiful bubble chandelier and double sided staircases created so that the 1st floor can be seen and to maximise the social concept that we have tried to create when holidaying in the Algarve.

Upon entering Quinta Ottilie the beautiful and vast living / dining area opens up in front of you with access straight onto the huge sunny terrace with two fabulous pools beyond.

The villa is alarmed for your security and fitted with electric shutters in each room.

There are four spacious bedrooms on the ground floor; two on either side of the impressive entrance hall, six larger bedrooms all of which are en-suite on the 1st floor which feature either its own balcony or access to the huge terrace which runs along the full length of the villa and overlooks the pools., whilst the lower ground floor has a further four spacious en-suite bedrooms along with a games room with pool and table tennis tables for the energetic.

The bedrooms are configured as follows:

Ground floor left side

Bedroom 1: Features double bed & a single bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe and large window overlooking the lawn at the side of the house. This bedroom uses large shower room directly opposite.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and en-suite shower room. Window looks out onto front garden.

We have created these to be flexible where Bedroom 1 and 2 can be completely independent from one another or if guests prefer it can be created to make a suite ideal for families with children.

Ground floor right side

Bedroom 3: Large double bedroom with bedside tables & fitted wardrobe. This bedrooms shares the large full house bathroom directly opposite.

Bedroom 4: Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and en-suite shower room.

First Floor:

Left Side

Bedroom 5: Triple bedroom (3 singles beds) with large fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and spacious en-suite shower room. Features private balcony overlooking front garden.

Bedroom 6: Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and en-suite shower room. Features French doors leading out to the large terrace overlooking the pools.

Bedroom 7: One double bed plus one single bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and en-suite shower room. French doors to terrace.

Right side

Bedroom 8: Triple bedroom (3 single beds) fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and en-suite shower room. This bedroom has French doors leading to private balcony overlooking front garden.

Bedroom 9: Double bedroom, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and en-suite shower room. French doors lead out to the large terrace overlooking the pools.

Bedroom 10: One double bed and one single bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and en-suite shower room. French doors lead to pool side terrace.

Lower ground Floor

Bedroom 11: Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 12: One double bed & two single beds with fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and ensuite shower room.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
