OUTSIDE: This is a villa of the '70s renovated in 2014 with taste and skill by a well-known Italian architect, whose style makes it unique and of great visual impact. Simply fabulous! Outside we have a large garden with olive trees and wonderful fruit trees. In front of the living room there is a large porch furnished with comfortable sofas, a dining table and a barbecue. Not far from the Villa we have a large heated swimming pool adjacent to a sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers and a second porch with comfortable sofas and a dining table, where you can enjoy magical moments with friends or family. Finally we have a large private parking. THE INTERIORS: The Villa is on three floors. On the ground floor we have a beautiful living area with double living room and a large dining area. All the rooms overlook the Patio and the Garden, which can be accessed through large windows, from which direct sunlight penetrates. Adjacent to the living area there is a reading room with large TV and fireplace. Entering the right we have the sleeping area with a first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a large shower. A second double bedroom with a double sofa bed and a mezzanine with a double bed, and a third double bedroom share a bathroom with a bathtub. On the left side, however, we have a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with dining table and fireplace, adjacent to the kitchen a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom. From the living room through a scenic staircase leads to the upper floor where we still have the sleeping area with a large double bedroom with large closet and a large en-suite bathroom with a large shower and bath, terrace with direct access, a second double bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed, closet and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The furniture is of great taste, modern, of design where the colors find a harmonious synthesis. The Villa for its composition can comfortably accommodate 11 people in the respective beds and max 3 people in the sofa-beds present in two of the six bedrooms Finally on the Basement floor we have the Fitness area with Sauna, Turkish Bath and Gym. Adjacent to the Fitness area the owner has reserved for himself his professional architecture studio that with its independent entrance does not interfere in any way with the Villa, leaving guests their total privacy.

The villa is located in a luxury area, and precisely in the Olgiata District within which is the famous homonymous Golf Club, just 25 km from the center of Rome, 30 minutes by car. The area is monitored 24 hours a day by a security service that controls access and exit, a characteristic that makes it one of the very few examples of "gated communities" existing in Italy. The area is characterized by a large area of ​​green areas. and its well-known villas that also include the residences of numerous personalities from the sports and entertainment world. In the district there are three clubs: the Olgiata Country Club, the Olgiata Golf Club and the Riding Club.
