As the apartment is on the top floor of the building, the spacious lounge has amazing views of the city and Salisbury Crags in Holyrood Park. The location of the apartment is ideal for a city break to Edinburgh as all the main attractions of Edinburgh are close by and easily to walk to. There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom being en-suite and a twin room. There is a family bathroom with bath, fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge with great views.

There is even a dry ski slope on the outskirts of Edinburgh, including a lift to get to the top. There are also plenty of golf courses for golf enthusiasts both in and around Edinburgh. You are only an hours drive away from St Andrews and the Auld Course, the home of golf.

Edinburgh is a beautiful historic city. Blackfriars Residence is located in the heart of the Old Town, just off the famous Royal Mile. The Royal Mile is the main tourist area of Edinburgh with plenty of history and lots of places to visit. Spend time exploring the cobbled back streets and closes (small lanes connecting the streets). Edinburgh Castle, at the top of the Royal Mile is a must for any visit to Edinburgh.Edinburgh is a place to visit at any time of the year. There is always something happening here. From the Edinburgh Festival and Fringe in the summer, to Hogmanay at new year. There is an annual winter festival around Christmas and New Year, and a huge city street party on Hogmanay (new years eve) right in the heart of the city. This has to be the best place in the world to see in the New Year with people from all parts of the globe.
