This gorgeous three bedroom apartment is a great base for your trip to Edinburgh. Situated in the city centre, you are well placed to get around many of the Festival's events this August.

After your day of exploring the sites and culture of this historical city, you can head back to your home away from home and wind down from all the excitement and buzz outside. Settle in to one of the two comfy sofas and catch up on any TV you may have missed throughout the day. You also have access to a DVD player, WiFi and iPod dock to keep you entertained if you have a 'day off'.

There is a fully equipped kitchen available for your use throughout your stay, if you prefer a home cooked meal every now and then. Gather you family and friends around the dining table while you tuck in.

There are three double bedrooms for up to 6 guests. All of the rooms have plenty of room and lots of storage space for your luggage. The luxurious bathroom spoils you for choice with both a bath and a separate shower cubicle.

There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in close proximity as well as plenty of bus routes to take you slightly further afield (for example to Murrayfield or Edinburgh Zoo).
