Please be assured that the owners of this property are adhering strictly to the latest guidelines concerning these issues. This includes making sure sufficient time is allocated between each guest stay, therefore no back to back bookings will be taken. These measures ensure that in addition to the usual extensive cleaning of the apartment that has always taken place, further cleaning and sanitising of the whole apartment is now carried out between stays to ensure the safety of all guests and visitors.

Overlooking the entrance to Portsmouth Harbour, this 4th floor, 2 bedroom apartment, with lift, offers spectacular views from its west facing sitting room - you feel you can almost touch every ship that uses the harbour. Ever changing views of the harbour and across the Solent to the Isle of Wight. Comfortable and welcoming accommodation complete with balcony. 2 double bedrooms, one with king size bed the other with twin beds but can be joined on request. Well fitted kitchen and bathroom with new walk in power shower, toilet and basin. Secure gated parking provided for one car. Within easy walking distance of a host of waterside attractions and amenities. Local food shops, good pubs and eateries.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Lesley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
