The North Wales region

Castles by the dozen, Mountains everywhere you look, Beaches ten a penny, Pubs, Restaurants we have the lot! Loads of things to do from a walk on the beach or in the glorious Snowdonia national park to amusement parks, zip lining or indeed a new national watersports centre! For a fully updated list of goings on check the tourist board site. There really is something for everyone. The only problem is being organised enough to take advantage of it all.

Old Colwyn

Old Colwyn is a medium sized village in a conservation area. It has all the usual amenities you would expect from petrol stations, supermarkets, local stores, cafes and, of course, pubs! The larger Colwyn Bay is a couple of miles down the road as is the Victorian gradeur of LLandudno. You are pretty much on the border of the Snowdonia National Park ans all the walks, trains and outdoor activities it holds.
