Description

The area of our house is quiet, peaceful with beautiful nature and sea which is very clear, clean and warm. Location of a house is on the sunny (south) side of the island Ciovo, with open view toward the sea and nearby islands. Ciovo is connected with a bridge to the main land, precisely to the town of Trogir (Unesco protected). Also Primošten, Sibenik and Split are just a short drive away, but when you come back to villa Perla, you'll feel like you're light years away from crowds and rush. From house to the beach is 60 m, few minutes furthermore civilization ends, desert white pebble stone beaches and natural area begins.
There are two areas in the garden, one on the lower terrace in a tick shadow of Glycinia tree and there is light shade under 2 olive trees, where you can choose aether to sun bake or sit deeper in the shade. Sleeps 8/3 bedrooms. We have two apartments, each on its own floor, each with a separate parking place and entrance. Top floor apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace with a sea view. Ground floor apartment has a large living room/bedroom, one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and lots of outdoor space, a terrace and a yard. Both apartments have access to barbecue/grill fireplace outside the house.
You can also reach town of Trogir and Split very quickly and easily with the water line directly in center of (Trogir10min,Split 20 min), or with your car (Trogir 6km,Split 30km). In approximately 10-15 min walking, there is a 400 m long palmed beach with a plenty of bars, restaurants and nautical activities and from there you have a water-line to Trogir.
In the near bay (100 m) there is a diving club with all facilities. They are organizing diving trips with instructors.
