Little Kate (in Croatian "Mala Kate") is a cute and warmly designed family apartment with swimming pool located in town Okrug Gornji, in one of the most beautiful bays on island Ciovo.

The Little Kate apartment is located in peaceful location of Tepli bok in Okrug Gornji, on the ground floor of a family house. The apartment interior size of 58 m2 provides functionality for all guests inside. There are 2 bedrooms (each for 2 persons), living room (with sofa bed), kitchen with dining room, bathroom with shower and a lovely terrace with a view to the sea where you can relax in shade while enjoying the views of a blooming garden around you. Greenery and orchards around the house are something we are the most proud of. Beside olives and grapevine tree, you will also find the apricot, peach, cherry, orange, grapefruit, kiwi, tangerine, kunkai and jujube trees in our garden. You are very welcome to refresh with any of these richnesses.

The nearest beach is within 1 minute walking distance from the apartment (by a private path) where you can relax in the shade of a beach bar or taste some local specialties in a restaurant with sea view. Just 50 metres from the apartment you can find a local supermarket. Trogir town center is 4 km away. There is also a possibility for renting a scooter at the property which is sometimes a great option if you want to avoid occasional traffic jams.

Beautiful, cozy apartment in great location with stunning views of the sea, great private pool and wonderful owners! Miro and Katija are very friendly and welcoming hosts. We just wished we could have stayed much longer... And we hope we’ll get to visit again!

How do damage deposits work?
