Villa Mia Two Bedroom Holiday Rental Apartment No.2 is a ground floor apartment with a garden view from the patio. It is delightfully decorated and set within walking distance of the beautiful, popular Miami Beach in Oistins which is suitable for swimming and surfing on the vibrant south coast of Barbados. It is also only a short walk to Freights and South Point Bays which are also very popular with surfers.

Villa Mia is registered with the Barbados Tourism Product Authority - Licence number 0103

Please note that a mandatory 10% government accommodation levy will be required to be paid in CASH at check-in. This applies to all Barbados properties as of August 01st, 2018.

Cleaning fee-US$65per week. Mandatory clean is required once per week which includes change of bed linen as well as towels. TripAdvisor only facilitates payment of 1 clean so if you are staying more than 1 week you will be required to pay for the subsequent cleans at checkin in CASH

This Two Bedroom Apartment is very spacious and breezy with two queen size beds which comfortably sleeps four persons. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. The living area is spacious and beautifully furnished and opens onto a dining area with seating for four leading out onto a breezy private patio with outdoor seating. It is completely self contained with a kitchen which includes a four burner gas stove with oven, full size fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and anything else you may need. Each Apartment has its own private bathroom, air conditioning plus ceiling fans, a safe deposit box, Cable TV and super fast 240Mbs WiFi

The beautifully decorated apartments have been finished with style and Caribbean flair all uniquely designed to provide very comfortable yet affordable accommodation.

They are set in the conveniently located Thornbury Hill, Oistins just a few steps away from Miami Beach, the famous Oistins fish fry as well as other beautiful beaches and an array of cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarket, bank, gym, doctor's office, pharmacy etc. Villa Mia is directly on the bus route and the local bus stops right outside our driveway.

There are a range of facilities available to guests, including a weekly housekeeping service, a token operated laundry service, outdoor showers, a beautiful garden with lots of outside seating areas and alfresco dining under the mango tree.

Families can be comfortably accommodated in this spacious 2 bedroom apartment.

Why can't I call Mia (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Mia (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mia (the owner) a message.

If Mia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
