Description

Thea Studios is located just below the main promenade street in Oia with a stunning view of the Caldera. Surrounded by exclusive hotels we offer an affordable alternative with the same amazing view. The studios and apartments sleep 2-4 people and are simply furnished with their own bathrooms, kitchenette, AC, TV and safe box. All studios and apartments face the Caldera and have a balcony - some shared, but also private. There is a mini market on our doorstep, a bakery 50 meters away and parking and a bus stop 100 meters away.

“Amazing View with the best access to the pedestrian street.”

This rental is awesome. The views are amazing, with the location being just as good. You can walk out your own private entrance from the pedestrian street and within 20 meters find the boat tour counter, a market, 3 restaurants and car/motorbike rental. The operators are ever helpful and are more than willing to help organize anything you wish. Excellent place, and we will be back again when we are next in Santorini!

Les appartements sont parfaitement situés au début et en contrebas de la grande rue piétonne. L accueil sympathique de Markos met immédiatement à l aise. Tandis que son épouse anglaise Torun gère les réservations transfert et autres, Markos vient changer l ampoule cassée, nous conseiller les excursions et resto... Un accueil familial que nous avons apprécié au milieu des palaces voisins avec leurs porteurs et leur service en livrée... Et bien sûr les prix sont tout doux pour Oia, et même imbattables je pense tant la destination est devenue luxueuse, perdant même son âme par certains aspects. Mais bon, c est tellement beau !! Une petite épicerie juste en haut des marches est très pratique et l épicière très sympa aussi. Les appartements sont simples et propres et le ménage est fait tous les jours. Que demander de plus ? La piscine peut-être? Par grosse chaleur c'est vrai qu'on aurait apprécié! Mais cela donne l occasion de descendre les 300 marches jusqu'à la mer!

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for most of the time, we stayed in Oia. No need to go aound like other tourists. Simply the best view you can find in Oia. Surrounded by luxury hotels, this is a reasonable vacation rental for people who want to have your own home in Oia.

How do damage deposits work?
