This accommodation is a fully air-conditioned two bedroom apartment situated on the 3rd floor, you may rent this apartment as a one, or two bedroom see table rates.


The Apartment is tastefully furnished to a high standard, within the grounds there is a beautiful large communal swimming pool for residents and guests.

Situated in five acres of tropical trees, well-maintained grounds, landscaped and lots of lush tropical flora, on the Ocho Rios Bay, a stone's throw from the beach, gleaming white like a sliver of the Moon.

Living and Dining Room tastefully appointed. Air-conditioned and also equipped with a portable floor fans.

There is a cosy table and two chairs on the balcony which provides panoramic views.

24 hr security.

Our housekeeper will meet and greet you upon arrival and agree with you the times for her to perform her duties on alternate days and will give you your keys. Her duties include general cleaning of the apartment, doing the dishes, and changing linen.

There is easy access to all local amenities and entertainment including, restaurants bars and shopping.

An idyllic retreat!

On your arrival at Turtle Beach Towers.... you will be greeted by...the meet and greet representative who will show you to the apartment, make sure you are aware how everything operates, and will give you your keys .....

Please note a key deposit is required...usually to be paid on arrival

A welcome pack awaits you which consists of the Famous blue mountain cofee, and tea, milk and sugar..

Please enquire if you would like to be met at the airport......


When reserving your dates a 30% deposit is required... a receipt will be issued once received

and the balance due a month before arrival.

No smoking is permitted in the apartment....but please feel free to smoke on the balcony. Thankyou

Had a lovely time staying here and Jacquie the owner so friendly and accommodating as was her housekeeper Annette. Central to everything, shops and nightlife. Good place to rent as a base. Well equipped and comfy. Will definately stay again

A friend of mine goes to Jamaica every year and since I hadn’t visited for quite some time, so I decided why not. From the initial communication with Jacqueline I was put at ease. Communication was always prompt and pleasant and as far as accommodation is concerned, as well as location, I couldn’t have asked for a better reintroduction to Jamaica. The property feels safe, is spacious and well appointed. There are the usual mod cons, cooker, microwave, fridge, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air-con etc. and all in excellent working order. There is a very nice view from the balcony and for those of you who may be interested in this property and are travelling from the UK, the property also includes standard UK 3 pin sockets for your convenience which I found very useful. Do try and make the effort to get to the beach you wont be disappointed. Annette the house keeper is a treasure and a font of information, always on hand or a phone call away to assist without being intrusive and answer any question you may have about Ochi and Jamaica. This property is testament to the owner and you are made to feel like a valid customer. I enjoyed every minute of my stay in the apartment and would definitely book with Jaqueline again.

My family and I stayed in this believe 2 bed apartment in ocho rios for a week. I have stayed in apartments before but this was the best one. It felt like I had travelled from home to home. The apartment was very clean and tidy. AC was everywhere within the apartment. All the utensils that were needed were provided. And to top it off there was the luxury of having a tv with cable in every room. I couldn't ask for anything else and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend it to anyone!!!

“Home away from Home!!”

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in Turtle Beach Towers, apt 43c. We stayed from 6/28-7/4.The owner, Jackie, was an absolute doll! She made us very comfortable, and worked with us on everything... right down to the tiniest detail. The apartment is exactly as described...with a new updated kitchen. Everything is provided....Tons of channels on cable, internet access, beautiful swimming pool, and the beach is just a few steps away. Annette the housekeeper is EXCELLENT! Very helpful, and and always available with any questions we had. Overall, this was the best apartment we have stayed in Ocho Rios! Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer!! Thank you for everything, Jackie! We will be back!

“Very outdated”

Turtle towers is very old building needs lots of improvements. Its far from a luxury apartment. The air-condition dosnt work the place was very dirty and out dated.

Owner's reply: We acknowledged your initial complaint regarding the air conditioning which was looked into straight away, you later confirmed that it was working effectively. As it was your first day we offered you a FULL REFUND so that you could find a more suitable accommodation for your needs but you refused our offer and later told us that you were happy to stay in the apartment for the duration of your stay We are proud of our apartment and so are several other guests as can be seen from previous reviews.

We have stayed at this apartment last year and couldnt wait to come back!! Everything that you need is here and the newly refurbrished bathrooms are great we just cannot fault this property, both for location and service. Big thank you to Anette for all that she done for us, great housekeeper and a big thank you to the owner Jackie for once again making the process so easy. So if you looking for great value for money,clean and tidy apartment and of course great location next to the beach dont delay book today for that caribbean experiance you will not forget!! “One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in”

The unit exceeded our expectations. It id very well appointed. The kitchen is new and well equipped. Excellent location, close to everything. The beach is quite large with fine sand and clalm clear water. Any shortages or required maintenace were attended to literally within 2 hours. Annette, the housekeeper and factotum is a jewel. And how many owners wiuld phone from the U>K> to see how we were getting along? Our only disappointment was the pool.The umbrellas shown in the pictures were nowhere to be seen. That , however was not the responsibility of the owner of the unit. All in all, an excellent stay.

“1st Christmas Abroad”

I stayed at the apartment with my cousin and our daughters for a week and half over the Christmas period. We were greeted by the lovely Annette who was an absolute pleasure. The apartment itself was well laid out and spacious. Have to say we did not need the car we hired for our stay as the location was fabulous close to shops, beach and nightlife... perfect. The girls enjoyed proximity to the large pool and beach and access to the laptop, iPod and cable TV. My cousin cooked a full Christmas dinner in the apartment with no problems. We would all absolutely stay at the apartment again. Just one minor was that there was no wireless but it did not affect our stay at all to be fair. Many thanks to Jackie who was helpful and professional I had my first Christmas abroad that I will never forget... fantastic.

“Lovely Apartment enjoyed the stay”

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for 2 weeks in Jan 2012. Booking the apartment was very smooth I dealt with Jackie whom I found to be very friendly and professional. We meet Annette the housekeeper at the apartment, who was very helpful and pleasant who showed us around. The apartment was clean, light and well decorated. The nice touch was a welcome pack which included some rum and also there were a number of UK plug sockets which was an added bonus. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and there two lifts in the block. The apartment is situated conveniently for the beach, shops, restaurants and bars, very good if you do not have a car. The whole apartment is well furnished and spacious; the kitchen was well equipped which was useful when entertaining Within the complex there is a hairdresser/spa and a restaurant, although I did not have chance to use the restaurant I did make use of the spa which was very nice and value for money. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely come back. Thanks Jackie

Cannot say enough good things about this holiday rental... size of the apartment, space, cleanliness, amenities etc were all great! This unit is well cared for and maintained during your stay by a very friendly/helpful housekeeper. The apartment owner is very easy to contact and helpful in providing rental information... The proximity to the beach is great and there is easy access to stores, bars , restaurants etc The pictures did not do it justice, as the aprtment is even nicer in person... We LOVED it and would not hesitate to go back!
