Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom home in a modern, eco-friendly, gated community in the Ocho Rios area. There is a gorgeous master bedroom that boasts a four post bed and a master bath. There are high arched ceilings and plantation shutters on every window. Home is fully equipped with all the amenities you can imagine. There is a full laundry area with washer.

Bedroom #1 has 2 twin beds beautiful chestnut brown furniture. Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed with light colored furniture. Bedroom #3 is the master bedroom with the four post bed fit for any queen and king. The master bedroom has 2 closets with a full master bathroom with 2 sinks and a security safe in the closet to secure your valuables.. Each bedroom including the living room have air conditioners with their own remote control as well as ceiling fans for those nights where you only need a bit of cool breeze.

The home is surrounded by beautiful flowers and a well manicured back yard boasting bananas, june plum, grapefruit, lime, and a thriving herb garden. Across the street from the community to the property you have Chukka Cove where you can horseback ride, zip line, and even ride ATVs. The location of the home is approximately 10 minutes from Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Cove, and Mystic Mountain where you can include all the fun festivities the beautiful North Coast has to offer. Drive 5 more minutes into Ocho Rios town to enjoy Jimmy Buffett - Margaritaville, Bay Beach, casinos, fast food restaurant as well as authentic Jamaican cuisine, and the nightlife festivities.

Why can't I call Dorothy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Dorothy (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dorothy (the owner) a message.

If Dorothy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
