This appartment is perfectly positioned one floor below the penthouse apartments with fantastic uninterupted views of the spanish mountains, the marina and the bay of Gibraltar. It has been decorated in a Boat House style leaving the impressions of beach and holiday stamped throughout. They have thought of everything but the little touches are those that make it a home from home feeling. The rock is a bustling busy place both in the summer and winter but within a few minutes walk you can be back in this quiet Niche Retreat. In the winter Jo and Steffan have it beautifully decorated for Christmas and the summer is stamped with beach all over it.

A beautiful handmade kitchen with all the machines, opening onto a dining area for 6. large double reception room with sea and marina views. double bedroom with private patio overlooking the Marina too. the wet room is great, roomy and at last..double sinks for me and him. The shared pool, a perfect end to a busy day before a sundowner.

I booked Niche retreat for my parents. They have visited Gibraltar many times before and love it! This holiday they visited family and stayed at Steffan and Jo's The apartment was more than they could've wished for. And Steffen and Jo couldn't have been more helpful.It was so reassuring for my sister and I that they were not only in the good hands of family. But also Steffen and Jo! Thank you SO VERY MUCH!!

We had a lovely time here, area brilliant and apartment was lovely. Owners very prompt in replying. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Also lovely pool my kids loved it. # Happy times.
I can't recommend this apartment enough - its just PERFECT in every way. I've never been to Gibraltar before, and only came out here for my friends wedding - our stay was for 4 nights and from start to finish it was brilliant. The apartment has everything in it you need - but restaurants and bars are all so near you really don't need to cook and The Ship, which is just a few steps away is an ideal spot for a quick breakfast. Also, the apartment is in the most perfect location - and - I think, at the best end- right opposite the marina with beautiful views of the Sunborn and all the other boats. Just a perfect few days away - dont hesitate to book - you wont be disappointed.
A charming apartment perfectly situated for shopping, eating and sightseeing. The apartment is ageing a little with some creaky doors and loose handles but had the feel of a cottage in Cornwall, with a little Isle of Wight thrown in, two of our favourite places. It was clean, bright and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower powerful. The small balcony was perfect for a glass of wine in the evening sun overlooking the marina and runway; there aren’t many flights a day so this in no way spoilt the enjoyment. The large file containing information and leaflets about Gibraltar was a thoughtful touch and very useful. There were a few bulbs not working, but Steffan and Jo were apologetic and kind enough to let us leave our cases in the apartment and use the bathroom before our evening flight as luckily it was not let out the next night. We loved the charm of the apartment and really enjoyed our stay, thanks very much.
The apartment was in a excellent location on the marina, clean and good value for money, loved it here and will definatley recommend to friends. Facilities in the apartment were good, plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance, close to the town and airport and the border.

Lovely place and ideal location. Marina is lovely. A working hairdryer would have been good or mention that no hair dryer is supplied. Nice touch that they remembered I had booked for our wedding anniversary. ❤️ Gibraltar and would go again
“wonderful in every way”
the whole holiday was wonderful. it was the second time I had stayed in the flat, this time I took my family. The flat was clean and very comfortable, the décor excellent. Loads of amenities, bars, cafes and very close to the main town. it was very peaceful despite being so close to the airfield. Spain was close by, if there was a problem at the border we managed to escape the queues. I would love to stay there again and may do so in the future
This has been a most wonderful trip, We've not been to Gibraltar before and where expecting an average but pleasant stay, but it turned into one our our most memorable vacations ever! Upon our arrival,we were warmly greeted by Stefan and Jo the owners of the apartment who also gave us some really useful local information. The apartment itself was really beautiful, clean and very well maintained and has a quaint nautical theme to it which really adds an ambience and taste of the marina and bay. Looking out the living room windows we where treated to breathtaking views of luxury yachts in the harbour and distant shores tantalisingly visible on the horizon. As we sat in the evening on the private veranda sipping wine we where treated to magnificent sunsets, spectacular even at that early time of the year! After some much needed retail therapy during the day we really appreciated returning to the marina, with its vibrant night-life its many relaxing bars and restaurants situated close to our apartment building. I could go on and on about Gibraltar itself its true, but what really made the trip so wonderful and so memorable for us, was this gem of an apartment! All I can say is thank you Jo and Steffan so much for a truly memorable stay!! and we hope to see you again very soon.
Excellant,The accomodation was superb,ideally situated within easy walking distance of all amenties,with only a quick 15 minutes walk from the airport. We were made to feel at home form our welcome and despite some unusual weather conditions did not stop us from doing everything we wanted to do.
