This appartment is perfectly positioned one floor below the penthouse apartments with fantastic uninterupted views of the spanish mountains, the marina and the bay of Gibraltar. It has been decorated in a Boat House style leaving the impressions of beach and holiday stamped throughout. They have thought of everything but the little touches are those that make it a home from home feeling. The rock is a bustling busy place both in the summer and winter but within a few minutes walk you can be back in this quiet Niche Retreat. In the winter Jo and Steffan have it beautifully decorated for Christmas and the summer is stamped with beach all over it.

A beautiful handmade kitchen with all the machines, opening onto a dining area for 6. large double reception room with sea and marina views. double bedroom with private patio overlooking the Marina too. the wet room is great, roomy and at last..double sinks for me and him. The shared pool, a perfect end to a busy day before a sundowner.

We offer a 30 per cent discount on the Dolphin trips in the summer. In the winter a pass in the local spa for the day with sauna etc

wonderful apartement, 5th floor with the balcony overlooking the airport. the apartemnt is close to casemates square but not at all noisy, secure parking. the apartement is very clean and tidy.

Just returned from a wonderful stay, I'm so glad we decided against a hotel after staying here. Jo and Stefan couldn't have been more helpful, we received in depth information with directions to the property obtaining keys etc., to text messages and phone call on our arrival to make sure everything was ok. The location is in such a great area, only a 10-15 minute walk away from airport, and surrounding by wonderful bars and restaurants,it also has fab views, we loved sitting in the afternoon on the lovely little terrace. The apartment had everything you need and want, nice comfortable bed, good shower, lovely fluffy towels,and most importantly, as I like to cook and eat at home occasionally, a well equipped kitchen with sharp knives! We really felt at home, hope to return again very soon...

I booked Niche retreat for my parents. They have visited Gibraltar many times before and love it! This holiday they visited family and stayed at Steffan and Jo's The apartment was more than they could've wished for.
