Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this. The biggest question I get is, are you still renting your home. The answer is, yes I am still booking this home. I have thought about it long and hard and have decided, through all this, to try to bring some sort of normalcy back to our lives by sharing our family home with others, so they can do the same and have a great time at the beach and to forget all your worries. Of-course we are all bound by state and local laws when we are allowed to do so. With that being said, If you are going to book our home or have already booked, I do ask that we all use some common sense. If someone in your party is ill, please stay home. I ask that we follow the CDC guidelines and have respect for others and mostly, have a great time. The home will be ready for you. It will be clean, as always. This is your home for the stay. Treat it like it is yours. Do the same things in this home as you would to keep you and your family healthy and safe back home. Well, this newly constructed home, three bedroom home, is the place for you. Located on 142 streets, bay-side, five short blocks from the beach and a fifteen minute car ride to the boardwalk, this spacious, three bedroom home offers all the amenities of your own home and a spacious lot to lounge around and take time to relax while experiencing the properties wonderful landscaping. Enjoy the newness of our home as well as the wonderful screened in sun-room to escape all your worries. This sun-room has a sleep/sofa and a door for privacy and has been used as a fourth bedroom in the past. We have plenty of parking for your cars as well, with a driveway that fits two cars and plenty of parking on the street in front of the home for other cars. Whether it is for the prime season of the Summer or in off season times. This home is perfect for you. Ocean City was voted in the top ten beaches in the United States several years in a row. Just a few short blocks from the main road are the great restaurants, shopping, water parks, amusement parks, and the world famous boardwalk is just a few miles away. *We do not rent to graduating seniors or parties under the age of twenty one. Check in is at 3pm on day of arrival and check out is at 11am on day of departure.

1.. No smoking in the home.

2.. No pets inside the home.

3.. Check in is at 3pm on day of arrival and check out is at 11am on day of departure.

4.. Home kept in good condition and clean.

5..Trash disposed of for trash removal twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays, cans moved to the curb and returned to the side of the garage.Trash men come early on those days. If there is any trash upon exiting, please have full trash cans moved to the curb for trash pickup before leaving.

6.. No trash left in the home when your stay is over.

7..No food left in the refrigerators.

8..Kitchenware is provided but if used, all dirty dishes must be washed and returned to its original location.

9..All doors and windows need to be locked, the gate closed, and thermostats ( upstairs and downstairs) adjusted to 72 degrees upon exiting the residence.

Excessive cleaning issues, structural damage to the home, damages to the premises, its grounds or any stolen items from the home will result in the loss of your security deposit.

We ask to please respect the home as if it was your own because it is a family residence after all. We thank you.

As the home owner of this property and a person who takes great pride in my abilities and of this home, I would like to rebut this review. To question my morals and ethics and state that I lied about the distance from the home to the beach, is a falsehood. In-fact, I clearly state the distance in the description of the home. Also, I stayed in my home before this renter came in and the home was spotless, everything was clean and all was in working order. Of-course I cannot provide all supplies that renters need, especially the right laundry detergent that you prefer. I cannot provide all the spices that you may want, and I believe a pint of salt is more than enough. What I can provide is a lovely home, equipped with the necessities and my utmost attention as a property owner to provide the best customer service as humanly possible. I respect and care for each and every customer that comes through my doors. My other reviews can back up to what I am saying here and on other sites as well, achieving a 5 star rating on all reviews, something I am very proud of. I'm sorry for your experience and my reply is out of disappointment and immense pride in what I do. Thank you.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dean (the owner) a message.

If Dean (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
