This beautiful semi-detached Townhouse is situated on a beautifully maintained complex on the Praia d’el Rey golf course.

There are four bright and spacious Bedrooms, all of which have Double Beds, Bedside Tables and lights as well as plenty of room to store your belongings, with views either out over the golfing green or out towards the ocean, two of the Bedrooms have a private Balcony. All of the beds can be separated into 2 Single Beds should this be more suitable. 2 of the Bedroom boast their own En-suite Bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and Wash Basin.

The beautifully tiled Family Bathroom is complete with Bath, Shower, Bidet, WC and marble effect vanity unit with wash basin and plenty of space for all your lotions and potions.

The Lounge has 2 comfortable Sofas as well as 2 matching Armchairs. There are 2 Coffee Tables, one large and one small as well as a sizable log fireplace. There is a TV with Cable Channels and DVD Player and a Stereo System.

Through the French doors onto the private Garden Terrace you will find 3 Sun loungers to make the most of the Sunshine as well as a BBQ, and wooden dining Table and Chairs seating 4, perfect for an Al-Fresco Lunch or dinner on the warm evenings.

The Outdoor Swimming Pool is a short walk (50 metres) from the house, and the Sea only 150 metres. There are also Tennis Courts, Football Pitches, Supermarkets and restaurants on site as well as a Childrens Playground. The Golf Clubhouse with Practise Facilities and the Mariott Hotel are a 5 minute walk away and have a fantastic gym and good restaurants.

If you are looking to take a swing at Golfing, in addition to the Praia d'El Rei golf course there are two other excellent courses; Royal Obidos and Bom Successo,within a 10 minute drive, and a further two courses within a 25 to 30 minute drive.

In the are there is a variety of good restaurants and interesting places to visit. The local village, Serra d’El Rei, has a number of shops and restaurants – the favourite being ‘Tribeca’ which offers a wide range of local delicacies as well as international favourites and has a brilliant atmosphere.

Nearby you can find an array of Water Sports, most popular being surfing at the beaches close to the Villa, or horseriding at the equestrian centre on the Bom Successo Resort.

If you want to explore whats on offer further afield, we recommend taking a day trip to Obidos, a small walled town with winding streets with lots of little boutiques and craft shops. It is quaint and original, and has several festivals in the spring and summer. Or you would visit the fishing Port and Peniche, go to the Vastle Museum and explore the local culture and indulge in some of the local restaurants with amazing fresh fish dishes!

Caldes da Rainha is the nearest large town and has a much wider range of supermarkets and shops. They have a market every day and there is always a pleasant bustling atmosphere in the town.

Obidos

Obidos and Bom Successo, are 2 other faboulous golf courses within a 10 minute drive,and a further two courses within a 25 to 30 minute drive.Obidos,a 20 minute drive, is a historic walled town, on a hill with small, cobbled streets, a castle, many churches and lots of restaurants and festivals.

Perniche is a fishing town with many restaurants and museums.Caldes de Rainha with its markets,shops and supermarkets is only 20 minutes drive.Fatima which is one of Europe's most important religious sites is a 45 minute drive.
