Located on the outskirts of the village of Kilchrenan above the banks of Loch Awe with clear views of the Ben Cruachan mountain range from all rooms, this outstanding conversion of a traditional Scottish Byre is the perfect setting for a special holiday.

At one time the cow barn for the neighbouring farmhouse the Byre conversion now offers idyllic luxury holiday accommodation.

This stunning home benefits from a stylish open plan living /dining and kitchen area. This gloriously bright room with its floor to ceiling windows, clean lines and striking red kitchen gives a wonderful contemporary feel, yet the wood burning stove and and sumptuous leather sofas allow it to be relaxing and cosy.

As an added luxury, Collaig Byre has its own private, sheltered hot tub to compliment the amazing surrounding views.

All three bedrooms are equally fresh and elegant, a ground floor superking bedroom and first floor twin room and the other, double. The downstairs bedroom has the luxury of a large ensuite wetroom. Both bathrooms feature under-floor heating for added comfort. All bedding and towels are provided.

We had an amazing week at Collaig byre. Truly a 5* accommodation, I highly recommend to everyone who wants a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The pictures says it all.Thank you for Alan and family to let us stay there.

House is in a quiet and peaceful location 7 miles from the main road.Everything you need is at the house,the hot tub is great to chill out in.Great for dog walking around the area,3 miles down the road their is a takeaway called black rock curries they do great food at cheap prices. The house is finished to a high standard and is well worth a visit at anytime of the year.

Lovely house with lot's of light. Very cosy and warm. The views on the Loch and mountains are amaizing. If you like the country side, you will love the house. My wife and I and our 4 young kids really enjoyed it. We had a wonderful stay.

How do damage deposits work?
