Description

Apartment24 is a beautiful two bedroom apartment situated right in the heart of the picturesque harbour town of Oban. Fresh and comfortable over looking the gardens of Argyll Square.

The apartment is located on the top floor and is accessed via stairs or lift and comprises of 2 bedrooms ( 1 double and 1 twin room) sleeping 4 people. A cot and high chair are available on request. Electricity, linen and towels are provided as are TV and WIFI.

The bedrooms both have views over Argyll Square gardens and have large fitted double wardrobes with built in shelves providing ample storage for all your belongings.

The kitchen has seating for 4 people with hob double oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.

The bathroom is bright and welcoming with bath and shower.

Apartment24 is located less than a 2 minute walk to the bus and train stations and the ferry terminal is a 3 minute stroll along the pier away, Oban is known as the "Gateway to the Isles" so an ideal location to access the ferries leaving the pier for Mull and the other islands of the Inner Hebrides and Barra. 4 golf courses (1 x 18 hole and 3 x 9 hole) are located within a 25 mile radius of the town. You will also find castles, a sealife sanctuary and Cruachan Power Station - The Hollow Mountain.

Lovely, spacious apartment in the centre of Oban. Lovely kitchen equipped with everything you need. We cooked most nights. Two spacious bedrooms. Nice and quiet. Lovely bathroom with bath and shower. Close to shops, restaurants and the ferry. Perfect spot to use as a base for exploring the West Coast. The apartment was spotless. Would stay again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Murray (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
