Rutland View is a modern 3 storey town house in the historic market town of Oakham in the beautiful county of Rutland. The property has views of Rutland Water from the juliet balcony in the lounge. The property can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms.

The town centre is 5 minutes walk and if you would to cycle or walk around Rutland Water, the cycle path is located 1 minute frm the property.

For younger children there are green spaces immediately outside the property with a play area.

Rutland View is a home away from home boasting all the amenities you would need with a newly landscaped rear garden with artificial grass and a partly covered terrace area perfect for entertaining of simply relaxing whilst the children play.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Louise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
