A Lovely penthouse, furnished to a high standard with everything supplied to ensure a perfect holiday location for either couples or a single person seeking a better than average style of property. There are two single beds in the bedroom. There is a large sofa, an oriental style settle and an "Ikea"armchair in the sitting room. There are several spacious wardrobes , a well equipped bathroom complete with bath/shower and heated towel rail and a well equipped kitchen with Bosch white goods.

In addition, the apartment has Wi-Fi And Internet T.V. DVD and CD players, together with a supply of books available for your use.


There is an excellent new heating/air conditioning system installed, together with an oil filled radiator in the kitchen area,for the cooler months. This apartment is ideal for couples wanting an exclusive arrangement, with a high degree of privacy and comfort. throughout the year

This is a good quality apartment, with marble floors throughout. The front entrance hall has three doors, one leading to the dining/sitting room,with a west facing terrace leading off.This is equipped with a metal "lit du jour" sofa and sun awnings.

Another door leads to the interior hall which has a range of wardrobes, and two doors.The first leading to the bathroom which has marble floors and walls, together with good quality chrome fitings and a glass shower screen.

The other door leads to the bedroom, which has two single beds, bedside tables and a dressing table. This room also has three good sized wardrobes, inside one of the wardrobes is a wall mounted safe to ensure the safety of your valuables.

The third door from the entrance hall leads to the well equipped kitchen.,
Also from the front hall is an attractive marble staircase leading to the top, south facing terrace, where there is a table, chairs, a barbecue, sun loungers, parasol and views to the mountains. Beach Towels are also supplied for use at the poolside or beach . Under no circumstances should bathroom towels be taken to the poolside or beach.

Tables and chairsare on both terraces, and a "Weber" barbecue on the top terrace, where also provided are sun beds and parasols .

There is a very good restaurant/ brasserie only 3 or4 minutes walk from the apartment, which has a superb swimming pool for the use of clients, in addition to padel tennis courts as well as keep fit, yoga and stage /dance academy.
From here you are also able to organise the hire of quad bikes.

Nearby is a new Mercadona supermarket, where you can get all fresh meat and fish products, as well as bread, wine and all other provisions.
Nearby there is a lovely little fresh food cafe, where you can have fresh made sandwiches and salads.
Also, just opened are 2 tapas bars, where you will be able to relax with a glass of wine and a small "bite to eat" after your shopping expedition in the supermarket.
Access to the supermarket and the bars is via a security gate. The key to the gate is kept in the apartment.

An unobtrusive 24 hour security service operates on Los Naranjos, assuring your safety.

The Costa del Sol region

The beauty of this most southerly region of Europe, is the year round temperature that is rarely if ever, too cold and rarely too hot in the summer to be able to enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery and places to visit.

This area of the western Costa Del Sol, located in the historic region of Andalucia, is full of interesting towns and villages, both on the coast and inland and is easily accessible by car. Most notable inland are Seville,(About 3 hrs drive) which has the most stunning of buildings, as well as being the home of Flamenco, Bull fighting and the yearly orange blossom pageant. Cordoba (About 2.5 hrs drive)with it's beautiful "Mesquita" which was originally a huge Moorish mosque, and later after the re-conquista,built over and onto by an equally amazing Catholic church, but still retaining the wonderful original Moorish internal architechture. Granada,(Also about 2.5 hrs drive)is the ancient Moorish capital of the region. and home to the incredibly well preserved Alhambra Palace.

In the winter months, between November and April, there is a superb ski resort very close to Granada, in the famous Sierra Nevada mountains. It is possible to go for a day's skiing and still be back in the apartment for evening drinks. Along the coast eastwards, is Malaga, where there are numerous historic sites to visit, as well as museums and art galleries. Westwards, (about 1 hr drive)there is historic Gibraltar, the long disputed territory between the United Kingdom and Spain. In between all of these locations are numerous interesting and attractive villages and small towns, some located on the coast, others in the mountain ranges that surround the region. Most notable of these is Benahavis, only about 20 minutes by car. It is not only a lovely location but there are several world class restaurants within the village. Also Rhonda, one of Spain's oldest and loveliest towns, with it's breathtaking views over a 350ft deep gorge. Very close to Los Naranjos is also the beautiful small white village of Istan. This lies literally 15 minutes by car in the mountains behind our apartment's location and is well worth a visit.

But of course, if your interests include golfing, then you have so much choice in this area, with many top class and truly world standard golf courses, all within 5 minutes to 10 minutes drive.

Nueva Andalucia

Other places to visit are of course, the famous port of Puerto Banus, which has numerous shops, boutiques and every other type of retail outlet to interest the most avid shopper, whether for clothes from shops such as Dolce& Cabbana or shoes from Jimmy Choo, or oriental antiques and jewellery.

The bars and restaurants in the port are some of the best to be found anywhere on the Costa Del Sol.The Yachts moored here are quite staggering in size,with some of the largest belonging to the Saudi royal family, as well as the Russian owners of some well known football clubs and international companies. The most pleasant beaches are also to be found in the region of the port, so it is easy to walk from the apartment to the beach, (25 minutes)enjoy a swim, sunbathe and then visit one of the bars or restaurants, before taking a gentle walk back to the apartment.

Or if you prefer, take a pleasant stroll along the long promenades towards Marbella or San Pedro de Alcantara, where you will have numerous opportunities to stop and take a drink or snack in one of the many small bars along the way.

A short drive, or taxi ride takes you into Marbella, where you will find a huge number of shops and restaurants, catering for every taste and budget, with typical "Menu Del Dia" menus, supplying a lunch menu for as little as 8 euros! Our favourite place to visit is the ancient heart of the old town, "Plaza Los Naranjos" (Orange Square) which has little cobbled streets and interesting shops, as well as some really lovely outside restaurants and bars. This really is a small gem of a location where it is easy to while away your time shopping or eating, or just sitting with a cool drink, enjoying the scent of the orange blossom, and "people watching"!

“Relaxing stay with everything that we needed”

The property was excellent. It had everything that we needed, and it was much bigger than we expected. A/C was great. Kitchen was good. Bathroom was good. Two balconies were very nice (especially the sun terrace at the top). The pool was good. Nearby there is a supermarket where you can get great food, and the walk to Puerto Banus is 20-30 minutes depending on whether you walk faster or walk at a more leisurely pace. The owner was very helpful and replied to us very quickly with answers to all of our questions. The owner also gave us a good tip to arrange transportation from the airport. All in all we were very pleased and had a great holiday there!
