Description

Lovely house in Playa Flamenca walking distance to the white sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia and to the Zenia Boulevard (largest shopping and entertainment center in the region with over 150 stores, restaurants, bowling alley, fitness center with indoor pool, casino, etc.).

The house is equipped with Air Conditioning in the lounge and ceiling fans in all rooms, satellite TV with plenty of English channels, Wifi, DVD, Playstation game console, etc.

There are 4 bedrooms, with 1 king bed and 2 other with double beds and one room with a single bed.

There is a large garden with terrace set of a large glass table and 6 comfortable chairs and a grill/barbecue set.

There's a large terrace on the first floor with partial seaview.

The area has numerous, white or golden sandy, „Blue flag” quality beaches in walking distance, 3 golf courses – the Villamartin Championship Golf Course is in 10 minutes' drive only, regular local

The area has numerous, white or golden sandy, „Blue flag” quality beaches in walking distance, 3 golf courses – the Villamartin Championship Golf Course is in 10 minutes' drive only, regular local markets (Saturday street market is 2 streets away with delicious local fruits and vegetables, clothes, gifts, etc.), harbour area and internatonal pubs.

History and culture is combined with a luxury beach and golf experiences and fantastic amenities with everything you need for a Spanish holiday mostly with in easy walking distance.

Near to the coastline there is a go-kart circuit and waterpark in Torrevieja too.

If you are interested in the surrounding area as well, in the inland and you will find marvellous mountains, lakes and breathtaking scenery, you can sample some of the locally produced wines as well. In the old towns of Alicante, Elche, Cartagena and Murcia you will find fine architecture & museums (all in less than 1 hour drive from the apartment).

Just about 1 hour north the motorway is Benidorm with the attractions of Mundo Mar (water theme park with dolphin show), Terra Mitica (theme park) Aqualandia (water park with slides).

There is a bus service to all these attractions which stops at La Zenia roundabout.

The apartment is also ideal for those who are visiting friends, family or on a business trip or buying own property in the area and looking for a comfortable stay.

Long term stays are welcome as well.
