Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Anse Vata and 5 minutes drive from the city center. Its tropical charm, with its covered outdoor lounge overlooking the private pool guarantees you moments of total relaxation! A large garden will delight children. Description of the villa: Air-conditioned living room equipped with two sofas. Dining room table and chairs for 10 people. Flat Screen TV / GO TV Wi Fi / IP Phone (Free International Calls) Fully Equipped Kitchen: Oven / Hob / Microwave / Fridge / Dishware. the whole villa is air-conditioned Rooms: An air-conditioned room with a bed of 160 over 200. The promenade Pierre Vernier by the sea is 2 minutes walk from the house. The Ouen Toro hill promises breathtaking walks and sunsets. The taxi boat on the beach of the Cove vata, allow you to reach the surrounding islands. The restaurants of Cove vata and the bay of lemons welcome you for lunch and dinner. Nights clubs and bars are just minutes from the villa on Lemon Bay. The Nouméa Casino is located on the Pierre Vernier promenade. An excellent restaurant L'ED ZEN is 2 minutes walk from the house. Shops, medical centers, parks for children and schools nearby 5 minutes walk. The neighborhood is very pleasant to live. CITY CENTER: The city center is 5 minutes drive from the villa. All administrations are grouped together. The Ducos Industrial Zone is 10 minutes by car. The Nouméa market, located on the Moselle bay, offers local products and crafts. The museum of Nouméa is close to the market. Boat rentals and charter companies are at your disposal on the bay of the moselle to offer tailor-made excursions. TRANSPORT: For optimal comfort, we advise you to rent a car if you wish to visit New Caledonia. Noumea is located about 40 minutes from La Tontouta International Airport. To reach the villa from the airport, it is advisable to take a taxi or book a shuttle beforehand. We can take care of it if necessary. If you own a vehicle, you can park in front of the villa.

A large secure garden is suitable for children, however the pool is not secured (depth of 1, 20 m along the entire length), it is imperative that children bathe under supervision. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace only, smoking is not allowed inside the Villa. Turn off air conditioners and outside lights while on the move. Dust: Monday / Wednesday / Friday morning (to be released the day before)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
