The Arbor is a luxury boutique apartment located in the leafy

Arboretum area of Nottingham, close to the award-winning

Arboretum Park and walking distance from the Theatre Royal,

Trent University and City Centre.

This 2 bedroom duplex apartment is light, contemporary &

quiet and comfortably sleeps 5 people. Fully furnished, The

Arbor comes with an integrated high spec kitchen, Nespresso

machine, dining area, flat screen smart TV, free WIFI, lounge/

meeting area and a sofa bed.

Set on the ground and lower ground floors, the two bedrooms have double and twin bed options, one with a large family bathroom. The sofa bed in the lounge allows for up to 5 people to stay.

The Arbor comes with free on street parking.

The tram stop is a 3 minute walk away, the nearest supermarket and Nottingham Trent University is 5 minutes walk.

Nottingham Castle is only 1.2 miles, Trent Bridge Cricket Ground 2.7 miles, Queens Medical Centre 1.9 miles and the M1 motorway 5.8 miles.

How do damage deposits work?
