Higher Shippen, once housed livestock through the winter and was converted in the early 1990’s it was a family home for 12 years. A fully equipped Kitchen with Ray-burn (this heats all hot water - on all year) Electric hob and oven, leads into a large lounge with a wood burning stove (winter use- heats all radiators) Free view TV and DVD. 2 large bedrooms and a large family bathroom with roll top bath upstairs, the 3rd bedroom is situated on the lower ground down 2 steps. The utility has a separate toilet and sink, Electric shower room, and washing machine. Surrounded by a large garden with patio area, garden furniture and parking for two cars.
