SUMMARY of FEATURES

The house is newly renovated and is a lovely Victorian Norfolk mid-terrace for up to 6 guests.

2 double bedrooms and 1 single room which is accessed via the 2nd double room.

Free On-street parking only 150 yards away

Kitchen with all self catering needs.

Dining room with large table for socialising.

Separate lounge for those quieter moments with large TV/FreeView.

Small private courtyard + dining area. (Table/2 chairs)

Free Unlimited WiFi.

No pets allowed (sorry) unless assisted dogs (guide dogs etc).

We can now offer an air conditioning unit (only one) and fans for those hotter months but you must request these as they are not always stored at the house.

The house is located in the heart of the medieval city of Norwich - only 200 yards or so from the start of the city and it's shopping areas & with another 10 minutes walk to many other city and tourist attractions (Norwich Cathedral and Castle plus lots more), stunning shopping areas, the famous Norwich covered market square & within 5 mins to 50+ restaurants, bistros, pubs and bars. Simply park up the car and enjoy some fab down time with your loved ones.

If you don't already know Norwich then please do come and see this secret gem set amongst the stunningly beautiful county of Norfolk, whilst staying in our fabulous home set in the centre of medieval area of the city centre.

The house is as central city location, with professionally designed interiors - lots of home touches & comfort, stylish furnishings, all amenities on your doorstep and you can sleep up to 6 guests in 2 separate private double bedrooms & single room - we can provide an extra airbed if needed. (please note - the single room is accessed via the 2nd bedroom only and has its only door for privacy and the bathroom is located on the ground floor. The stair case is the usual - slightly steeper but with a hand safety rail). The outside courtyard area is compact, laid to shingle and has a small table and 2 chairs. There is also a shed to lock up bikes if you bring them.

PLEASE BE AWARE - there is limited parking for cars in this centrally located house. Best parking options are on nearby roads where permits are not in force and is only 150 yards walk from the house. Further details are given on request.

Ps The house is a purpose prepped self catering holiday let property (not a house which is lived in and rented out like many places on these websites). Each house is yours for the entirety of your stay and therefore allows you to have a secluded and peaceful environment for you and your loved ones to enjoy away from the crowds (unlike the hotel/Guest House crowded lift, noisy corridor or busy cafe).

Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer a cot or any shampoos etc. We do provide hand wash, washing up liquid plus other cleaning products/cloths and items.

This house is not suitable for 6 non sharing adults. We would say a family of 2 parents and max of 4 children, or 2 couples with a max if 3 kids is fine.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anthony (the owner) a message.

If Anthony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
