Chalet 118 is a two bedroomed well presented holiday chalet located within Norton Park, a small and peaceful site, on the outskirts of Dartmouth. The chalet is well equipped with all you could need for a comfortable stay with an allocated parking space close by. After days out enjoying the rolling countryside and stunning seascapes of South Hams, or the local attractions, activities, restaurants and evening entertainment, it is the perfect base in which to relax and unwind. Although there are no site facilities, there is plenty of communal areas laid to lawn for children to play on safely. For those guests looking for an ideal base on a budget then Chalet 118 offers the perfect retreat.

Please note there is a pay meter in the kitchen for the electrics which takes pound coins.

Entertainment is provided by a wall mounted flatscreen freeview TV with built-in DVD player and an iPod docking station.

The kitchen is well equipped offering everything you need for catering during your stay with a freestanding electric cooker, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster.

There are two bedrooms within the Chalet both well presented and furnished. Bedroom One is furnished with a double divan bed with bedside cabinets and sidelights and a freestanding wardrobe. There is also a wall mounted flastcreen freeview TV and an iPod alarm clock. Heating is provided by an electric wall mounted panel heater. Bedroom Two offers bunk beds, a freestanding wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Heating is provided by an electric wall mounted panel heater.

The spacious shower room features a corner shower cubicle with Mira unit, low level WC and washbasin in a vanity unit, a heated towel rail. Communal grounds, laid to lawn lie in front of the chalet, an ideal area to sit and relax whilst appreciating the countryside views.

There is an allocated parking space within easy walking distance to the property.
