The property is within walking distance of the popular village of Northam with its full range of amenities, and the little town of Bideford with its pannier market and ferry to Lundy Island is nearby. A 5 minute drive will bring you to the village of Westward Ho!, with its surf-washed sandy beach, Royal North Devon Golf Club, riding stables and restaurants. The charming fishing village of Appledore is also just a few minutes drive, with its narrow, cobbled streets, seafood restaurants and bustling quayside. Wherever guests explore, this cottage will make a comfortable base for happy holidays in this unspoilt and peaceful location.

Additional pull-out bed for a child if required. Bathroom: on the ground floor, with shower over bath and WC. Stairs lead to the first floor (the stair banisters are open and stairgates are provided at the top and bottom for safety with children) where there is a Lounge: large, offering TV, DVD, hi-fi and woodburner electric effect fire. French doors lead to a balcony with sea views, the perfect spot to sit and relax. Kitchen/diner: with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and TV. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and a door which is accessed via several steps to a narrow paved area ideal for storing wetsuits and surfboards. Outside: regret no garden. Amenities: parking for 1 car, second space by arrangement with the owner. Bed linen, tea towels, towels, electric and central heating included. Wi-Fi available. Regret no smoking inside the property. 1 well behaved dog welcome. Additional info: Sainsbury's and Tesco will deliver to the property. Location: beach 15 minute walk, shops and pubs 5 minute walk.
