Kitchen: well-equipped with double range oven, separate oven, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Dining area which leads onto the patio, with seating for 12. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble drier. Outside: enclosed south facing garden with lawn, patio and BBQ area which is ideal for breakfast and evening drinks. Amenities: ample parking.
